This hotel has a unique policy which require guest to pay the bill for the stay when check in.
If you choose to hold your bill in case you will charge your F&B expense, they will require you to sign a authorisation letter mentioned that I have authorisation the hotel to charge my card without my knowledge as given them the authorisation.
First, hotel usually hold a certain value in your credit card when check in but this don’t.
Secondly, signing a authorisation letter to allow the hotel to charge without further notification to the card holder, what guarantees the hotel will not misuse our details. This is like giving the hotel an open cheque to use with our authority.
Eventually if any fault occurs, we will need to call the hotel to solve the issue ourselves.
Gym Eqt is outdated and instead to offer medium size towel, they only have bath towel. You can’t use them if you are running on the treadmill.
Would never want to stay here again if the policy stays.

My family and I arrived late but was warmly welcomed by the desk manager. In recognition of my Diamond status, I was offered an upgrade to a suite with a connecting room as I had reserve 2 rooms. The gesture is much appreciated as this permitted my elderly dad and my aunt to have great conversations after spending over 2 year away from each other. We all slept well and enjoyed our breakfast before departing for Perak. Although the hotel is not new, the services provided is the best we experienced during this trip where we stay in 4 different hotels and some costed twice what I had to pay here.

The location was really convenient for those who have own transport and the hotel guest can park in the basement without a fee (Just need to validate when you check out). We took the Deluxe Room King Bed and without the need to request the staff gave us 2 access cards. Deposit RM100 (By cash/card). The room was really spacious, there is a working table and sofa just like the photo shown. Many types of tea bags provided, bottle waters, iron, bathrobe, fridge, hair dryer, weight scale, etc. Even the bathroom is spacious with a separated shower place and a big deep bathtub. It is great for a short stay. Due to MCO, we did not get to visit any other facilities in the hotel. Overall, I'm satisfy with the stay.

Room was comfortable with nice shower pressure, pool and gym facilities were good for workout.
Compliment to front office staff Brendan for his excellent services and kindness for the pleasant check in.
Not forgetting Hazel a trainee for doing an excellent job at the club lounge despite of staff shortage during the peak period of happy hour.
As a loyal Accor plus member I will like feedback to their management to help them improve their brand competitiveness.
Club lounge should open for breakfast especially for guest that require privacy. Happy hour alcoholic drink should be serve openly similar to other hotels rather than staff serving especially when they are busy.

Expect inattentive staff, staff that dont care. Items that dont work. NO we dont have knives, NO we dont serve poached eggs (although it is on the menu) NO you may not take photos of the pool (its is closed due to the rain, there is no one there). NO we dont have hand towels. The plug in the room doesnt work (who did the room checks?) The basin is leaking. No hot water after 10 minutes. And yes, this was all brought to the hotel's attention during my stay. Oh and NO, I cannot get a 0.00 balance folio on check out. No. No. No. If you want to be treated like a child, this is the hotel for you.
It started off well with a room upgrade, and went downhill from there. Its all flashy and fancy but zero service delivery. Like they are doing you a favour by hosting you. Is this Malay hospitality?? Service was amazing. Breakfast was always good and the staff were very responsive. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in total and it was clear that they were paying attention to our needs so they could anticipate a what type of coffee we wanted at breakfast. Rafli took the time on my first morning there to walk me through a typical Malaysian breakfast and all the various components of nasi lemak. Imran at the concierge was such a delight. He made sure to give us tips of the best things to do and how to do them most efficiently. He was about making sure we had the best time in Malaysia and would often check in with us. I will visit this hotel again and highly recommend it!

My first stay in Pullman Bangsar KL. As compared to my previous experience with other Pullman hotels around the region, I have to say that this Pullman is more on the average side. The hospitality was not at the 5stars level but acceptable. The hotel is not very new but consider well maintained. As a Accor platinum member, I got my usual upgrade but this time I got an update to a suite. The only feedback on the room is the shower glass door. I believed the rubber lining has worn off and therefore the water will leaked out to the bathroom floor whenever I shower. I have to placed the bath mat right at the glass door to soak the water but it still get really wet. I hope the hotel look to rectify this issue. Apart from this, the suite is good. The executive lounge was still closed so I have to join the rest at the common breakfast area which was ok as there was not much crowd. I believed this could be due to the current low occupancy rate. Breakfast spread was limited but you can find both local deli and the usual western option. I did not manage to check out on the hotel pool nor the gym. Maybe the next time.

Dear Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about the appalling experience my wife and I encountered at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar on 11th July 2023. Our stay turned out to be a complete nightmare, and I feel it is imperative to bring this matter to your immediate attention.
Upon arriving at the room (Room 2021, to the best of our recollection), we were shocked to find the room already occupied by another guest. To our utter dismay, we discovered an ironing board beside the bed, clothes and towels strewn across the bed, and even cosmetics left in the toilet. Clearly, someone else had already checked in before us!
Rushing to the reception to seek an explanation, we approached the same staff member who had initially served us. Instead of addressing our genuine concerns, he nonchalantly brushed off the issue as a mere "system glitch." Frankly, we find it difficult to accept such a lackadaisical explanation, especially when our privacy and security were compromised. We even sent him the video we took as evidences!
Despite our growing frustration and apprehension, the staff member seemed disinterested in providing any satisfactory resolution. We requested an upgrade, only to be informed that all rooms were allegedly fully booked. In light of the severity of the situation, we even expressed our genuine concern that the previous guest might have been inside the room, possibly in an undressed state. Such a breach of privacy and security is gravely distressing and should never be taken lightly.
To our dismay, the staff's response was far from reassuring, and we were merely offered breakfast as compensation for this distressing ordeal. It is disheartening to realize that the gravity of our situation was not appropriately acknowledged, and we were left feeling unimportant and neglected.
This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the hotel's security protocols and guest management. We expected a pleasant and secure stay but were met with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
I strongly urge your management to take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident to ensure such egregious lapses in security never occur again. Additionally, please address the dismissive attitude of your staff towards guests' genuine concerns.
As patrons of your establishment, we should feel valued, respected, and, above all, safe during our stay. Regrettably, our experience has been tarnished, and we are compelled to warn others against expecting quality service at your hotel.
We sincerely hope that necessary steps will be taken to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Your prompt and comprehensive response to this matter is anticipated.

Was here on a church camp..Housekeeping service was mediocre…only top up the toiletries.. not even full top up… Socket in bathroom wasn’t working, Lack of water to shower in the shower stall, we had a suite on the top floor but housekeeping didn’t vacuum or mop the floor. 2 guys came only 1 made bed and 1 topped up the toilet.. had to ask for tea and water to be topped up.. and no coffee cups also. And the room door doesn’t close by itself we had to shut the door ourselves. Then asked the waiting staff at Link cafe to make coffee and they said you can self service at the machine. Food had not much variety almost everyday eating the same thing. The coffee machine at the ballroom had no milo or hot chocolate options … not everyone drinks coffee at night .

The check in procedure was very complicated. We booked the executive floor to have access to the lounge, but the lounge is on a different floor, so you end up having to wait for the lift all the time. They offer little snacks and softdri nks, but wine and beer is only available for 2 hours an evening. You are not allowed to bring a coffee in the room. They forbid my husband to bring me a coffee from breakfast. Never ever had that before
