I really wanted to like this place, but they made it very difficult for me. This is why: - The staff are so rude. When you say hello to them they either completely ignore you or they just look at you and then at their phones. They talk loudly to each other late in the evening and told me and...

Unhelpful unfriendly rude staff, no facilities other an hit and miss wifi disgustingly filthy and virtually derelict wash/toilet facilities and a couple of knackered chairs outside. The capsule/pod itself was ok, mattresses very thin, but cosy to sleep in and have all you need. Ok for 1-2nights and ok price..wanted the experience of staying in one but dreaded having to...

Imagine the hostel experience, but with much more comfort and privacy for the same price. I had a really good night at the capsule( felt like Bruce Willis in the 5th element). Bad side of the place is that it needs a door for the sleeping area, that would feel secure and silent. There a lockers, but they also say,...

Staying at this place for just one night 8/5/15. Take care of your toilet cleanliness! Its worst! But, its alright if you just stay for one or two nights. This place should be nice if they take care of the cleanliness. Room conditions was nice, comfort and safe. Dont worry about your stuff, they provide private locker for you.

My best friend and I had our first travel in KL last month. At the first time, we were not planning to stay at any hotel in KL (just stay at KLIA2 before we took our flight to Penang on our second day in Malaysia). However, we changed our mind and decided to stay at Bukit Bintang. Three days before...

The walk-in price is almost the same as for previous booking and it seemed to me there are always some free capsules (about 30 in total for one sex). Location: behind a mall near Imbi monorail station. About 10 min walk from Bukit Bintang. Accommodation: silent and really allowes you a good sleep (but boxes may be short for people...
