A good stay.. book 1 br executive. Requested for smoking floor and got it. Love the club house. Swimming pool and gym are adequate for a quick workout. Didnt hv pool towel wen i was at the pool. Rqsted for it from hskping at my floor and after my swim, the pool towel was quickly replenish. Would be nice if a clock and a small pkt of laundry detergent is provided in the apartment.. the front office team was also superb from c/in to c/out. As i was checking out, i was on the phone saying that i will take the train to KL sentral. Right after i hang up, the guest officer asked if i would like to take the free shuttle service instead to kl sentral. Didnt get the name of the lady guest officer but Thumbs up for being attentive. Thank you somerset for making my short stay an enjoyable one. Will be back wenever im in KL. …

I was denied additional access card despite staying at 3 bedroom unit. The reception gave confusing info in regards to parking. My relative end up paying a lot for it. Overall experience is not pleasant

Check in and out is smooth and easy. We check in a bit late and the receptionist only allow us to check out late by 1 hour. Okayla. One bedroom apartment with bath tub. All was great and clean except the carpet on the living room. The carpet is fluffy but the rug/thread easily plucked/detached. So might need a broom available in the apartment. My toddler will pick on them. To suggest to change the carpet. The house is completed. The kitchen has basic utensils and clean enough. The swimming pool need to book. But we didn't use it so no comments. Overall our short staycation are great!
