Very good service. The room was spacious, with a Nice comfy bed. The bathroom had a bathtub. The room could use a brush up, but compared to the price, it was good. There was a big fridge in the kitchen, including a freezer. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but ok. It is situated close to the Pavillion mall, and there is a train station near by.
One of the place you may consider to have a short or weekend staycation. Our kids love their skypool at Level 31. Though the swimming pool not that big but they have two small pool with jacuzzi function. We stay at One bedroom premier suite which is quite big, spacious for our small family come with living room and kitchenette. Overall we had a good weekend staycation m.
Overall everything is quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful. But breakfast was quite disappointing, and many plates, cups, trays are stained, food selection was also quite limited. Room is spacious and comfortable, complete with some kitchen utensils which will be convenient for guests if they want to prepare their own food. The USB port near the desk seems like not working properly, when I connected my phone cable, I got a pop up message that it is slow charging, and indeed it took longer time than usual to charge my phone. View of the level 31 sky pool was nice, overlooking KL Tower and you may see KLCC at one of the jacuzzi. But one of the jacuzzi was not working. Also, we think that the tile finishing at the edge of the swimming pool (the side where water overflow to a catch pool) is a bit too sharp and can be hazardous. Also, the hotel lift is till level 30 only, so we need to take the stairs up to level 31 to the sky pool. It is quite unfair for guests staying at level 30 since everyone will have access to the floor and may disturb their stay. Also, there can be safety concern since the emergency door is used as access to the pool and is opened all the time. Hotel location is very strategic, with monorail station, Pavilion, Alor and Changkat Bukit Bintang are all within walking distance, hence it is quite happening especially at night. …
The breakfast options of the western food were quite poor and it was the same every day and never changed for the whole 2 weeks stay which is boring and pushed me to buy food from outside. I also don't like the malay food. Apart from this, the whole experience is fine and I have enjoyed staying with this hotel.
BAD: 1. Bath foam and shampoo NOT sufficient for use. Problem is they insist on charging for each additional bath foam, shampoo or soap above market price when these are basic amenities 2. Poor service quality of front desk. 3. Hopeless parking system (parking controlled by 3rd party) - had problems with ticketing exit. 4. Parking quality bad, not easy to navigate GOOD: 1. Very clean 2. Exceptional toilet. The stay here would have been great if not because of them insisting on charging RM 5 ( if I remembered correctly) per small bottle of bath foam or shampoo. Parking was also a problem. Had a ticket accidentally wet. Front Desk assisted on this matter but soon was not able to exit parking and the parking in charge insists its not linked and I need to go pay. End up issue was resolved BUT was late for a family gathering.…
