A very heartwarming receptionist, the place is so clean, and the service was so good. They do care about all the costumers there. They even helped us to have another option of guesthouse (bcs they were full for the next day). A very recommended guesthouse to stay in while youre in KL

Really central, easy to get to from the airport (kli train from airport to kl central & then take another train to pesar seni which is one stop away). You can make tea/coffee at any time , breakfast included, rooms are basic but clean (we had one with no window, but it was fine), showers & toilets are very clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a double room and will definitely be staying again on our way home. Shared bathrooms are spacious and very clean with nice hot showers. Staff are super helpful and it's barely a 2 minute walk from Chinatown, Central market and Pasar Seni train station (only one stop after KL Sentral). Absolutely loved it!

I liked this hostel, the room size was okay, I stayed in a 6 bed dorm. The atmosphere is not grat considering the amount of people at this hostel (total of 3 floors from what I can remember). Showers and toilets were okay, good location right near china town. Had to get a taxi to the Patronas Towers etc. Good...

My husband and I stayed at the Explorers guesthouse for a week in November. The guesthouse is pretty easy to find once you get used to the chaos and traffic. The nearest station is Pasar Seni (this is where the free bus line GO KL, purple line stops aswell). The guesthouse is just a few minutes walk from the station....

Guy at the reception gave me the feelimg i disturbed him everytime i had a question. Single rooms without window, no own bathroom and no wifi except in the lobby!!! Pretty clean and the other staff was nice but the first two impressions made me think very bad about this hostel.

The bathrooms were actually probably my favourite part. Clean and actually really nice looking! Big spacious showers. Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast was just toast, which is fine. Room had a funny smell, but nothing too bad. Lots of wall outlets in the dorm room I stayed in. Wifi only works in the Lobby. Nice backpacker vibe, and a great...

I booked 3 nights here in The Explorer Guesthouse using hostelworld.com application. The experience is good. The receptionist can speak english very well so you can ask for directions or what to eat. This place is very near (walking distance) to the chinatown area - good location for all your shopping-spree!

The guesthouse is located right next to china town in a small quiet and clean street. The staff is really nice and caring. We had booked a room without a window (it was the last room they had) but we knew in advance and when we arrived the employee offered us to change rooms the next day, as soon as...
