I stayed at this hotel after it was being recommended by my best friend. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They gave me the best room which is facing the NU Sentral Mall. The view was spectacular especially at night. Not to mentioned that the hotel is walking distant to KL Sentral which connects to other major public transports and it makes even more super convenient to walk around KL city. This is most probably the best hotel in KL. Highly recommended...Thank you, Hotel Sentral Kuala Lumpur for making my stay so enjoyable....Hope to see you, very soon ❤️❤️❤️
Hotel carpet smelly. lift got sound even elevated. very scarcely. room got ticks or bucks very itchy. bed dheet got stain n bucks. can't sleep for the whole night. crocrouches every where found in the room.
Full of cockroaches was horrible night, I couldn't enjoy my meal while they are hang around in the room. The place is dead and the carpet and furniture is old and dirty. Internet was so slow. Service was okay.
Made booking for my 3D2N stay but it was totally unpleasant. The bathroom was not clean, defect here and there. No light at the shower area, no hot shower, saw cockroaches in the bathroom and worst, me and husband bought Mcd before check in, left it for a while on the table and went down to go to nearest 7e. When we back in the room to eat, the cockroaches had already there inside our food. Called the reception so many times to report about the defects and cleanliness, they only said the maintenance and housekeeping staff will come in to check. But nobody attend us! No mineral water provided. When I asked them to send it to my room, they told me that they never provide such things for superior room. I asked to upgrade or change to another available room, they said all fully booked. But when I search in their online booking, there were plenty rooms available to book. What?? And also got three indian person (thought they are a family) knocking our door so damn loud and shouting against us. They were looking for their daughter. When we said that we don't know and they might got wrong room number, they still knocking the door endlessly. Lucky someone called their phone and then they went away. Question now, how can outsider come up the room without key, and nobody aware of this? What was the staff doing? Not checking it thoroughly? Felt really unsafe. Dissapointed, terrible experience. Overall, not gonna come again. …
This was supposed to be a short night stay with good experience, I had a very high expectation because the hotel has a "3 Star" rating, but to be honest, this condition of this hotel and from the experience, it only deserve 1 star or at least 2 star rating. 1. Many things doesn't work in the room (and also in the other rooms because some customers from the same date of stay complaint too) for example, the telephone, the airconditioner(room feels HOT) and the hot shower (doesn't feel any increase in temperature). 2. Inexperience staff at the counter. During my stay, I was managed by a boy, a) he doesnt smile, b) he cant make decision when 'issue' happened , c) he made a decision that I cannot stay the night just because my IC/Mykad is Sabah (even though I AM STAYING at Damansara) which leads to d) I had to request an audience with a person of higher authority than him to make negotiation. 3. The TV is very outdated. The tea(s)/coffee in the room feels expired! not to mention, they do not offer refilling for the tea-set! The only good side is the breakfast provided (below mediocre quality) and request fulfilled for high room view. However, it doesn't justify the price RM79! I was experienced a 5 star hotel for only RM 88 (Hotel Istana, even though it was during promo) but it should give you an idea for the benchmarking! with all the bad conditions, the price should be lowered! Extra: I repeat, this hotel doesn't deserve a 3 star rating (at its current state) because I stayed and experienced a 3 star hotel such as Royale Borneo Hotel at Tawau, their breakfast buffet was superb with wide selection of foods, and you can always request to refill your tea (FOR FREE), and moreover, the bathroom is WORKING (hot and cold shower) and is WIDE. Please downgrade and claim your rating to be a 2 star rating unless you do a drastic changes and renovation otherwise I don't recommend you to stay here. Bad experience ever!…
This room services are so bad. Inside, it was noisy due to the air conditioner. I'm so tired of staying in hotel rooms with lousy light (mostly quantity, but quality also bugs). From working at night to packing early in the morning, it's damn annoying not begin able to see very well. Please sort it out next time.
I always travel alone to KL and for me it worth the price. I pay less than MYR100 for one night. The staffs also friendly. It is located near to the KL sentral. Plus, there are so many restaurants located in this area.
This hotel is just walking distance to the KL Sentral station which is perfect is you will be going around Kuala Lumpur. NU Sentral Mall is in the same location which is very convenient. Across the hotel are some restaurants serving good food and coffee that are just right in the budget. The hotel amenities are basic but really good value for the money especially for budget-conscious traveler like me. We also availed the free breakfast which they serve at the 5th floor. The hotel staff are not very friendly, except for the young man who cleaned our room every day [we stayed at the 12th floor]. He was the only one who was courteous and smiling. There's a water refilling machine near the elevator, and also an iron. Our room was clean, no complaints at all. I can say that this hotel provides good value for the money.…
For it's price, this hotel sure surpasses any notions we would have had about it before going. Nothing fancy, but basics at its best. Very clean with very helpful staff. Excellent location smack in the middle of KL city, within short walking distance to KL Sentral (KL's main transportation hub) and NuSentral mall where one can satiate one's shopping desires, watch movies, good eateries etc. It's also located near KL's Little India (Brickfields) where you can find good Indian food eateries and Indian costumes, jewellery etc. Would definitely recommend for those on a budget, as its well worth every cent.
