We stayed for one night. The location was good at the pudu street. Cheap and you got the basic things such as towel, soap, free wifi. The linen was quite dirty but we just stayed for one night so we just slept on it. Overall it is quite ok for the price and location.

Arrived early at the hotel, once I reached the room I quickly booked a new hotel. I don't want complain and move me to another room which is pointless. I can't bare lay down in the bed and use the bathroom. I'm not fussy person, but I can't have a room like what they gave me.

Uncleaned rooms with hair from former guests. Lots of dust and empty bottles under the bed. We only got room service one of three nights and it still wasn't clean enough when we got back. The rooms are small and there is really nowhere to place your luggage so it's not a good place if you have two big backpacks...

Cons: - Small, dirty room and sheets, not like the pictures - Bad roomservice, got it once of a three night stay - Breakfast served 0700-0830 in lobby, small with only toast and boiled eggs, be there at 0700 or it might be nothing left - Thin walls, audible room - Loud half-broken ac Pros: +Close to Bukit Bintang &...

We stayed here on our last night in Kuala Lumpur. On first impressions the reception area seemed clean and modern and the staff were quite friendly. The hotel was also in a decent location within walking distance from Berjaya Times Square and the pavilion which was perfect. The room however was not so great, it was very small and run...

This place is just terrible. When we were going to check in, the reception kept insisting its fully booked. We kept insisting our booking is part of the full booking. When i gave them my agoda booking for the hotel, they said "this is not agoda hotel". Then they said that our room is in the basement, but we found...

The hotel is located right next to the road but we still sleep well. The room is small, cramped, but i think it fits the price tag. Breakfast at that time was boiled eggs toasts, and sausages, with tea or coffee. Western style. You have to get up earlier than other guests to be able to get enough breakfast. Some...

Not as nice as shown in pictures by Agoda and booking.com. Run down due to new weak management. Poor condition of cleanliness. Not value for money @ RM100 for a small room without window Good things about it - friendly staff and strategic location near Pudu bus station, Sg Wang, Lot 10 and Mrt station.

The room is extremely affordable. It is a bit outdated and they don't do a good job at cleaning. However I have yet to see a bug and I don't smell anything terrible in the hotel lobby or my room. I don't know why room service comes knocking everday because there is no soap and there are pieces of long...
