Nice & Cozy hotel with the amazing location next to a mall ! The hospitality service is brilliant and huge shoutout to Lee :) he is superb friendly + helpful ! On top, the room is clean and spacious ~ overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel and will 100% be back again !

I stayed here because I had a conference at Herbalife pgrm. The accommodation was very nice and reasonably priced.All of the staff were friendly and nice. Mr Fazraf and Mr Hanif, in particular, were really helpful. The location of this hotel was also excellent, with nearby amenities such as a mall. My time here has been great.

Came there with my family few days ago and we had a great time . The price is amazingly great . The room is cozy and quite a nice view of the city . The staffs there are very good . Service was excellent . A manager / staff ? Named Mr Fazraf was very nice and soft soft spoken . He offered a baby crip for my child . And he was very helpful . Special mention to Mr Firdaus too . Very friendly and smile a lot . I recommend this hotel to everyone who's planing to stay in a good service and reasonable paying . There's a velocity mall connected to the hotel so its convenient for shoppers to shop too . Near to Kuala Lumpur too . Anyways i totally enjoyed my stay there !!

Recommended hotel in KL. Felt very welcome and we had a great time staying. Receptionist to house keeping they’re so helpful and very kind. They’ll ask you if you need anything or they’ll greet you at the hallway every time you see them. The pool was amazing and the mall connected to the hotel was a plus 👍🏻 lol went shopping and eat.

Went there for holiday . I enjoyed my stay . Family had fun as room is spacious clean but why no buffet breakfast rooom service. Anyway the kids had fun at the swimming pool . One of the manager named mr Farzraf ( if im not mistaken ) was very friendly and helpful to the max as i want room to be ajoining even i requested last minute and he tried to fulfill it. Thank you Sunway Velocity. 😍❤️
