Stayed in triple room, 1 double bed one single bed. Great room size, clean, AC also great, bathroom with shower and toilet all clean. Was great but there just one problem.....we were on the 1st floor room facing a busy road where people look for food 24 hours and it was noisy. Unless you can sleep with noises because you...

No window, so no fresh air. There were 2 levels of glass wallsin the room, so could not see anything clearly from the room. Anyway, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We didn't consider the China town in the city but the staff help us find it out when we ask him for an outside restaurant. The hotel is...

It is a very good location for a budget hotel. Not near Imbi Monorail as some mentioned but Bukit Bintang Monorail. A stone throw to big names like Pavillion and Lot 10 and Low Fatt Plaza. Professional services. Clean. Not so noisy even though I was on 2nd floor. If only they would have a safe box. Limited TV channels...

We stayed there only for one night. Hotel is ok for a overnightsleep, but not for longer. Although furniture in room is new, everything else is old and dirty (carpets, walls). You could hear very good what people next door are watching on tv. Didnt feel very safe there, as many locals were gathering in hotel lobby. Location is good!

Clean room, tidy housekeeping, strong wifi connection reasonable price and excellent location. It's located nearby the food street and shopping malls.😆 Too bad there's no window in my room. ( my room is 114) if not this trip will be more satisfying lol. Not having window makes me feel uncomfortable. The staff in the reception counter is unfriendly, talking to...

We have stayed at this Hotel several times. The location is central to shopping malls, supermarket, restaurants, eat streets (Jalan Alor), and transport (Bukit Bintang Mono Rail). Staff is very helpful with several of our requests. We originally booked a specific room, and it was occupied during check-in, and a day later, it was available, and they transferred us the...
