This is some sort of home stay concert, when you arrive for 1st time, it is quite confusing how to go to lift because it all require card access. Room is OK and clean, this is an apartment so you need share living room and kitchen with another room (I stay at 2 room apartment). If you have a group of people to stay together then it will be suitable.
I stayed there for 1 week with a group of 15 persons.. And well..It wasn't the best hotel experience that I had. I mean it is good, decent right but Huuh the service lacks professionalism.. I contacted them before my arrival to request that the 3 units apartments that I had booked should be quite close to each other since we are family...yet no reply ... until check in ... 30,44 and 48 floor. Acess is so complicated since you are limited with 2 access cards per uni, knowing we were like 6 inside 1 unit... The rooms were dusty when we arrived and I asked oh did they cleaned it before.. the reply was.... yes yesterday but the unit was close..huh ? really..Im not stupid. Anyways..after that no problem it was fine. One day, power cut in 1 unit... I HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR ! Seriously? The staff did not bother to make it fast and get the problem resolved! No instead they just keep lazying and being like oh wait we are coming.... In the end, I had to fix the issue myself. They do not change linens and towels regularly, I had to ask for it.. Oh yeah and linens and towels were stained from beginning and we were blamed for it..be careful Well.. Natasha was kind and helpful and tried her best.. but well.. I definitely won't be staying there again.…
The apartments are spacious and contain all basic items. TV channels were very limited and the cleanliness was not very thorough. The view of persona towers from 55 floor was breathtaking. The location is extremely convenient. Persona towers and surya mall is at a walking distance. Washing machine and a 24 hours 7/11 were extremely convenient. I will give 10/10 score for value of money
As I write I'm high up in a PH suite on Vortex overlooking a fancy view of the city by day and night. The location is central to many attractions and malls, there's street food rather close by and of course KLCC is a 5 minute walk away. Wear your sneakers to loaf around and btw there's a convenience store in the ground floor. There's a smart TV, fridge, iron and utensils for an induction cooker
We had booked via Airbnb to the vortex apartment and got a shared room it was alright. Great view a kitchennete dining room. It was right next to Hard rock cafe so we had dinner there. However it is quite difficult for Uber or grab car drivers to search for the place as it was quite a small entrance and label is not relaly visible
We got a 2 bedroom apartment on the 55th floor for our family holiday. Being on higher floor, we had excellent views of the city. We also had views of Petronas towers from one of the bedrooms and KL towers from the other bedroom. The building is perfectly located with KL Menara tower on one side and the Petronas towers on the other. Petronas is within 10 mins walk, KL towers is probably 20 mins or so. There are quite a few pubs around the corner, so an ideal location for couples who want to enjoy the night life. Saying that, its ideal for families as well who want to be in the midst of city centre being so close to Suria KLCC mall. Apartments are family friendly with most amenities included in the price. Comfortable beds, refrigerators, stovetop, washing machine/dryers, etc. Daily housekeeping is included in the price as well. Overall it was a really good value for the price we paid for the whole week. There are certainly few things that can be improved. There are no cabinets, clothes hook or towel holder in the bathroom. There are no powerpoints in the bathroom for those planning on using hair dryers in the bathroom. We didnt have a toaster in our kitchen. We were on 55th floor and one of the lifts was not working. So the wait for lifts was painstakingly long. Common areas ( lifts and corridors ) do not have air conditioning. November is a wet season and the humidity was around 90%, so it a good idea to leave the air conditioning on when going out. Overall, we had a really good experience with the apartment. The staff are really good and friendly. Nisa from concierge was always helpful and ensured our needs were always taken care of. We were glad we opted for this one instead of the traditional hotels.…
It was a really good, clean neat and comfortable place to stay. The apartment was kitted out with excellent decor, makes it a little home away from home. Location was really convenient, in the center of town, walking distance from Petronas Towers, Menara Tower and Suria Mall. Check in process was smooth, clear instructions from the apartment manager/admin. The entrance at the elevator was a little unkempt. There was no pool access.
excellent service and very helpful staff very good layout of the appartment very clean indeed and centrally located . very close to the klcc pavillion and kl tower. ample of parking its a happening place
Visited klcc for a couple of days with a large family so needed a apartment rather than a hotel. Location is excellent within walking distance of the twin towers n kl tower.lot of good restaurants around. We were initially given an apartment on the 9th floor which was not satisfactory(unclean) so requested for a change. The one on the 22nd floor(2 bedroom) was very good with excellent views and cleanliness . No reception hence u have to coordinate with the manager via phone during check in. Manager Mr Morad was quite helpful and polite. No breakfast buffet but the apartments are well furnished for cooking. Overall a decent place to stay in klcc area if u are looking for an apartment accomodation. On site parking is available for a reasonable fee.
I was here with my husband for his birthday celebration. It was actually a staycation. What made us satisfied were: 1) The exterior design of the building & the interior design of the room. It was overall quite trendy. Perhaps it's because it's a new establishment. 2) The room enables us to enjoy a spectacular KL city view with the Petronas Towers view. 3) Love the security, they applied strict rules on the visitors & there wasn't any level button to be pressed in the elevator. Only residents with key cards / access cards are permitted to enter to their unit (By flashing the card, the elevator will directly bring you to the designated area). 4) There's a convenience store near the lobby area. What we weren't satisfied was: 1) We were a bit shocked when we got to know that even a resident needs to pay if we want to use the facilities (Eg: Gym Room & Swimming Pool), each RM20.…
