It is the worst hotel in the world, when you check out, they take bribes and they find good excuses, they charged me 600 RM because they said i have broken the fiber of the bed. They are not cleaning the room, very bad reception. Place is opposite to pavilion where is highest price of products are there, everything is...

Thank you for your review, however we would like to clarify that the RM600 you were requested to pay for the broken bed divan which you have acknowledge and agree to pay upon check out. The policy of the hotel is that all charges are made in receipt and bribery is unacceptable. We would like to clarify that we have...

I am a guest right now and would not stay here again. The desk staff (who to date have all been men) ignore me when I approach the front desk and when they finally do acknowledge me it's almost as if I am wasting their time. When we arrived our 18 month daughter was asleep and when the porter bought...

Non-smokers should avoid this hotel as smell of cigarette smoke is very prevalent in rooms - no offer of a non-smoking room was made to us. Room has inventory of items together with cost of each and advice that guest will be charged for any missing items. When we checked our room and found that 2 items were missing when...

We picked the Piccolo on a lark, and it was a fortuitous choice. The location is terrific! It's just down the block from the Bukit Bintang rail station, steps away from at least three malls — including the opulent Fahrenheit 88 — and a nice walk from the Petronas Towers. The blocks around this hotel are packed with nicely priced,...

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was very clean and spacious, no problems at all with room servicing as previous reviewer nor with the wifi details that we were given on check in. Our only problem was that unless you wanted to shop there was little else to do in KL for 3 days. We did find that you...

My four nights here were quite pleasant. The hotel is right in the middle of the mall action of Bukit Bintang, and there are some hidden gems of food courts near the monorail station close by. A street-side bar/restaurant outside the front door is very noisy at night and can be a problem for those with rooms facing Jl. Bukit...

Piccolo hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, close to shops and monorail and restaurants. Great rooms, nice and light, big open area and big widescreen TV. Really good food and nice friendly staff, an excellent choice for anybody visiting KL.
