Funny how the hotel has no signage out front, I had to ask 'is this the Best Western'. It's a first class establishment, large with great service and amenities. It's a little out of the way from the city's central action, nightlife and bars. But the trams make it easy to access these areas. It's two tram stops from the...

I had not planned to spend this night in Nagasaki, and this hotel was above my usual price range. However, the dramatic appearance of a large sinkhole outside Hakata station meant that my intended hotel in Fukuoka was closed, and the alternatives were all full, so I headed to Nagasaki a day early. This hotel was a very welcome refuge...

Big reception area necessary for a large operation. Staff immensely helpful and smart. Excellent size room in first class condition. Big beds, nice bathroom and all usual facilities. I cannot fault it.Busy hotel, breakfast is a bit of a bunfight. Good place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 3nights during a pilgrimage to Japan and we enjoyed our stay. We were a big group but the check in was such a breeze because everything was prepared already. The staff are efficient and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We were assigned to a non smoking floor but unfortunately there was a...

Best Western Premier is around 8 mins from Nagasaki station. Their rooms are big with 2 double beds, and staff are nice and helpful. It's really out of my expectation that 12000 yen per night (on promotion) including breakfast for 2 persons. Breakfast on 15/F with great city view and variety of food including western & Japanese style, made a...

Hotel looks good outside. Reception efficient and front desk staff polite. Room size ok. Toiletries were slightly under par and things in general looked a bit dated. Breakfast was disappointing. On the 15/F, superb view. Food variety not my taste. No fresh juice. Fruits not much. Corn soup has no corn!! You need to take your own cutlery. Felt more...

Beautiful lobby and facilities. It's a good 15-20 minute walk from the Nagasaki Train Station. Not so good if the temperature is 90 degrees F and the humidity is high as it was in July. I used the tram, which is cheap and only 2 stops from the station. The downside is you have to haul your bag up and...

This is a great hotel in the heart of the city. Service is excellent even by the usually wonderful Japanese standards. Rooms are large and breakfast is excellent. The price is also very good value (dont put it up!). Our every need was anticipated by the super staff.

The front desk lady Tamaki has some attitude problems, I felt when asked her some questions and checked out. Not only poor English but also lack of professionalism. She doesn't have smile and greeting until I said. I can understand the rude English but the rude attitude. It ruined my good holiday mood. She may have some bad experience with...
