Except the relatively remote location and a little bit dark in the neighborhood at night (need to walk uphill from the carstreet station, it's ok for those w/ a small baggage/ backpack but would be challenging for those w/ bigger ones), all is good.

I will be travelling with my 2 sons who are in mid-twenties but I'm 59 so will this be a comfortable guesthouse for me? It does sound nicer than a hotel and I do try to avoid staying in hotels whenever possible preferring Airbnb, etc.. Thanks for your help!
