...a modest hotel meeting a modest expense...great complimentary breakfast. Clean room but quite tight, hotel location excellent due to proximity to eateries and 7/11 type stores. The hotel's reception desk & staff were friendly & courteous but can't communicate in English so asking for information or directions to go was quite frustrating.

Room - 4th Floor; Date: Nov. 2016 Hotel is near Minami-morimachi station, about 5 mins walk. 1 Station away from Hotel Granvia where most tours start. There are convenient stores and supermarket around. Sleep: Ok, but I agree with other posts - sometime those walking in the corridors can be heard. Food (Breakfast): Not really the best of the best,...

We have minimum expectations when we booked the hotel early this year because of the contrasting reviews about it in various websites. Some reviews said that the rooms are too small, that breakfast is the same everyday, that it can be quite noisy at times, that some rooms smell of smoke even if what was requested are non-smoking rooms, and...

This is a very basic and no frills hotel hotel. Very tiny room and it seems that all rooms are smoking rooms. There is no safe in the room and the double rooms come with a semi doublebed. Breakfast was the same stuff everyday and choices were quite limited. The location is bearby the subway but it is a hassle...

Very noisy with mainland china tourist. Talking on the corridor in the middle of the night and do not share the lift. The light in the bathroom can change to a brighter and white light, instead of the dim and cosy light. Close to one of the subway and a supermarket, Aeon which is the great option. Key have to...

If I ever find myself in Osaka again I'll certainly be looking elsewhere. Whilst good for transport, its at the intersection of two busy roads. Also with paper thin walls. Could hear every footstep, sneeze and conversation from the hallway. Was disappointed with the cleanliness. Not terrible but dusty headboard and hairs found in the mugs and on the bed...

Location is good, and near subway stops. There is also a supermarket nearby and a famous shopping arcade. The room was ok, and not as small as I had expected. It was very clean (they change bad linens every day, which felt a bit unnecessary). Has a kettle and small fridge. Wifi is free and works very well. The younger...

This Hotel is stuck in the year 1992 and the hotel lobby gives a better first impression that it's rooms. I stayed here during the 5 day holiday period in the middle of September. It was the ONLY hotel in Osaka/Kyoto with a room under £300 for the night so I felt lucky to have found it. However lucky I...

I stayed here with my girl friend. The hotel is close to the station which is the second stop from Higashi Umeda station by subway. The building is bit old. For staying by myself should be fine but with somebody not very good. To think about the quality of the hotel the price is bit expensive I think.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2015, the price reflects the quality of the rooms. They are very dated and are need in a make over. The bathroom is very basic and the mixer for the basin / shower leaks and is hard to get the temperature correct and the hand held shower rose is the wrong one...
