Room has centralized aircon. The heating was turned on. It becomes hot. Called the to ask assistance. All they said was to open the windows. Once the windows are opened can not sleep because of the noise.

The overall stay was good. The staff tried their best to provide service during this busy period. The room was clean and not small but the bed for twin room was a bit narrow. Except the toilet in the frontdesk, a bit dirty and smelly.

I stayed with my family when I have my holiday in Osaka. This hotel has the typical Japanese style with the small room and mini bathroom. anyway, the location is very good. you reach the famous street in downtown 3 mins by walk. you also can find amazing food around this hotel.

The Ibis Styles Osaka was our first stop on our Japan adventure. We stayed 3 nights in a large 4 bed family room and it was great. Rooms were comfortable except for the hard pillows, but as others have said, that is a Japanese thing. I really liked how the bathroom divides into 3 separate rooms - toilet/ shower &...

Dear amelia c, I am delighted to read that you had a great stay with us! Thank you for pointing out that our Deluxe Room is one of the best options in the area to accommodate families up to 4 adults with kid. Do you know that we also have traditional Japanese tatami room (with futons instead of beds) as...

The rooms are not big at all. Very small. The bathroom also mini size. We can hear noises from the room next door. But the location is very good which is very near to the local food. And of course shopping .

Dear Ayda_Sulianti, Thank you for posting your review on Trip Advisor. I understand our Standard Rooms can appear quite small compared to standards in other countries, but their size (15 to 17 m2) is in line with general standards in Japan for hotels of this positioning, and notably with the offer of our competition in the Osaka market. Please note...

Staff were extra helpful. They provided very precise road directions. We asked for the nearest Catholic Church and the staff provided walking directions including the landmarks to look out for. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean dining area and many food choices. Would love to go back. And have recommended this hotel to friends.

Can't beat the location. Rooms were comfortable as were the beds. Aircon was set way too hot so had to turn it off to get some sleep and open the window to let some cold air in. Breakfast was welcomed and whilst different, was more than acceptable to get you going for the day. I would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, and we were surprised at the size of the room - it was plenty big enough for both of us and all our luggage. We stayed on the 8th floor (unsure of room name as we booked via travel agency). The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The only issue I...

We stayed for 9 days and it was pretty comfortable though a little small. It is located a little deeper in dotomburi and could get a little rowdy at night while walking back to the hotel. However, i would say it is pretty safe.

The family room accommodates 4 adults and was small as expected but can live with it if you are up and about and would just come in to sleep at night. Linens and beddings are clean and comfy. It is a short walking distance to the famous Dontonbori strip and Shin sai bashi. It is very accessible specially if you...

Thank you very much for sharing your impressions on Trip Advisor. I am glad to read that you have enjoyed the convenience of our location. Concerning the atmosphere of the street that you describe, I would like to precise that it is at late in the night time, as it is very unlikely to meet drunk people in the area...
