This was a welcome relief from futons - not that we didn't like the futons but the bed was so comfy! The wash/dryer facilities on floors 7/8 were easy and inexpensive. Bathroom was a typical Japanese small compact with toilet seat warmer and bidet. Aircon was great and room was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was very efficiently run considering the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 31 December 2016

The Ibis Styles Osaka was our first stop on our Japan adventure. We stayed 3 nights in a large 4 bed family room and it was great. Rooms were comfortable except for the hard pillows, but as others have said, that is a Japanese thing. I really liked how the bathroom divides into 3 separate rooms - toilet/ shower &...

Dear amelia c, I am delighted to read that you had a great stay with us! Thank you for pointing out that our Deluxe Room is one of the best options in the area to accommodate families up to 4 adults with kid. Do you know that we also have traditional Japanese tatami room (with futons instead of beds) as...

This hotel has excellent location inthe shopping district of Osaka. Everything is walking distance to the shopping centers. Very closed too with the subway stations. The hotel is good but the standard room is too small even for a Japanese standard(15 sq m) it barely can fit 2 guess and you have nowhere to open your luggages. I had better...

We got the 4 bed premium room for 5 people. The space was huge compared to other hotels nearby. Located across Dotonbori area, a food lovers dream hotel. Close to shopping and subway stations. Good breakfast included in the room price. Taxis available anytime of the day.

Dear Ianso, I am glad to read that you have enjoyed our Deluxe Rooms with 4 single beds. Indeed we are one of the rare hotels in the popular area of Dotonbori to offer other option that classic twin and double room. We have rooms with 3 beds, 4 beds, and two special room category with 4 large beds like...

Very well located right in the Namba area, five minutes walk from the subway and fifteen from the Nankai Namba train station with direct link to Kansai airport. Nice and comfortable room, but not in-safe room to keep your valuables. Good breakfast with several options for westerners, nice views of Osaka from the breakfast area. Very helpful and nice staff.

The rooms are fairly small but this standard for Japan. Clean rooms and very kind/helpful staff. This is a fantastic location with hundreds of restaurants/cafés/shops within walking distance. The best strategy we found was to try as many as we could in our short stay. The hotel is very close to train and subway stations giving you good access throughout...

We booked this hotel after a last minute cancellation and paid top dollar for room 1405. WOW, walked in and was blown away by size, layout and view, especially after smaller rooms in Japan. This was huge by comparison, four large single beds, table with four barstools, wall mounted TV, armchair and foot stool and plenty of space to move...

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Osaka main stations. From Nankai Airport Train Station, it is only around 800m, with most of the walk is under covered road with ceiling; no need to worry about light rain or sun. :) As Gold Member, room was upgraded nicely. The room was not big, but also not too small. Well,...

Stayed here fot 5 nights during our osaka trip. Despite critical voices chose the ibis mainly for its great location. Overall amanities are ok. Room size is small as you know it from japan, however, its convenient layout makes it ok. Internet was free and fast, staff helpful and friendly. Major room for improvement though is the cleanliness. The room...
