booked though agoda and though fitness center was stated as available but it was not mentioned that you have to actually pay a fee to use. 500yen per use. room was cramped and dated. television was kind of small and bed was hard. there's a convenience store just downstairs and it's about 10 minutes walk to shin Osaka station

Breakfast is catered mostly with local food. Bread and croissant 🥐 isn't taste good. Black coffee available. Breakfast cost around $13. Better to grab a bread and coffee from nearby 7-11 which may cost $3. Bakery below serve breakfast after 8am only.

We stayed for one night in a semi-double room. It was small and a bit tight. The bed is against two walls so for the person against the walls to get out of bed, you need to either slide off one side or climb over the other person. There was a kettle and desk space, but overall the room is...

As in any business hotel in Japan, don't expect any service or interaction. This hotel is conveniently located for the above reason. Rooms are aged and small. Staff ability to comprehend English is limited. Attitude and service are aged too. There are two of us and they would not give a second key. The shower is the only good thing...

10-15mins away from the station, small room without space to open our luggage. Breakfast spread is good. Try to request for a room not facing the train tracks as it gets a little noisy if you are a early and light sleeper.

It's a convenient hotel close to Shin-Osaka station (5 min by walking) but very noisy due to the train departure. I was staying at the 14th floor and it was above the AC system which was loud in the evening. There is not much to do around; nothing to visit. Most of people visiting the hotel are business travellers. The...

The hotel is quite a distance from the centre. While it is a walking distance from Shinkansen station, I'd only advise if you want to visit other places like Kyoto, Hiroshima and Nara. We booked for a non-smoking room. However, the hallway reeks with the pungent smell of cigarette. We've also called the front desk office to ask something. Yet,...

Basic hotel near Shin Osaka station. Helpful staff, I needed to exchange currency and they were able to point me in the right direction. Was able to use this as a base to explore Osaka for a few days.

Had two nights in this hotel. Room was small and there was fire alarm twice in a night. Came down to check at the front desk. The staffs did not seem amazed and simply said they would check it out! Had an iPhone charger stolen while plugged onto the wall socket when came back in the hotel on an evening....

Walking distance from Shinkansen station, handy to get to. From there you can take JR train to Osaka main shopping area, only one stop, 5 minute ride. It's big hotel, however very dated. The reception could do with a bit of a fresh paint, walls all marked, old filing cabinets... For a moment I thought I had left Japan! The...
