My family (booked 2 rooms) stayed 7 nights in this hotel. The room is very small but it's clean & well designed. The shower in the bathroom is good. There is also a massage chair inside the room. However, I felt that the lighting is a bit dim and the room rate is slightly expensive. The hotel is located inside...

The rooms are tiny but so cleverly put together you barely notice. Clean and modern. Easy access to the station and subway. If you want the proximity to the Shinkansen and a convenient place to crash it's unbeatable - 5 mins to the platform from the room! The online deals for the economy rooms are terrific value

If you're going to stay in Osaka for several days and use it to explore Kansas, you will be pleased you are staying here. If you want to just stay in Osaka and explore the city, you may want to stay in umeda or shinsaubashi. For us, this place was perfect as we had a jr pass and we went...

Room is teeny tiny, but amazingly fully equipped. There's even a massage chair in the room! Would be difficult to have any more than a carry on luggage as there's no space to open a check in type. Fantastic location connected to Shin Osaka station. Perfect for a short stay.

This was my 2nd time staying here before my flight home. It is directly linked to the Sin-Osaka Station which makes it convenient as a base to travel around. Room was at high floor with a good view, though very small but compact. The room rate was rather high for the size, but compensated by its great location.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Japan trip. This hotel is in an excellent location! The double room that we stayed in was very small, but very clean. It is similar to a Premier Inn style hotel in the uk. I would stay here again due to the location.

Photos do not do this hotel justice, it is VERY compact, barely enough room besides the bed (which is only a double) and not much else room, not really enough to even lay out luggage. Rooms were clean, and it is connected to shin-Osaka station with lots of shops/ eatery downstairs. Have been to a few hotels in Japan but...

A very good 3 star hotel on top on the shin Osaka train station (next to north exit) Convenient if you need to make a stop near this station...ie on the way to Kyoto. Catch the JR limited express from Kansai. 2300 yen unreserved or 2800yen reserved. We had to queue an hour to buy the ticket from the sales...

This is a business hotel and does not cater particularly for foreigners. However we were given a corner twin room, 22 sq m. ( anything smaller for 2 would be impossible for westerners) on 12 the floor with a wonderful view over the station, with Shinkansens buzzing back and forth and the planes heading to Itami above our heads. The...
