This is a hotel that will feel very expensive for what you get. The rooms are not stylish and do not feel particularly new even if you are in a renovated room which I was. The room is however very big. The restaurants on the lower floor are excellent...especially the okonomyaki restaurant. There is a great food hall in a...

the hotel is easy to get to from the airport. An easy bus ride and the bus drops you off right at the hotel. The bell staff is very polite and nice. Make sure you book the renovated rooms. the unrenovated rooms are very old and tired looking. The beds are very hard... so if you like a soft fluffy...

The best way to look at this hotel is that it's clearly geared more for the Japanese market than the foreign market. Compared to the ease of service at their sister Westin Miyako Hotel in Kyoto, this is really more a bare bones operation with very limited service. The concierge desk was abandoned when we needed some help with directions,...

A central town hotel, close to shopping and subway. the staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable and clean. It also had a very nice view over the city. Breakfast was too expensive.I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. I researched the hotel before booking and some rather unsatisfactory comments on Trip Advisor gave us cause for concern. However, on arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a Premium room and in every way we were entirely satisfied with this hotel. It is spacious with pleasing quality decor in...

Earlier check in was not available. We were tired from the flight, hence we stayed at the lobby till 2pm. While walking around, there's a side table with...

The hotel is not very well location (although the shuttle service helps), else everything is just perfect about the hotel. The concierge Saito was awesome and so were the other staff. The room was of decent size and the garden we could see from our window was wonderful.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. It's located right beside the Osaka-Uehonmachi station, which made it very easy to get around. The hotel staff were very friendly and patient when we asked for directions to the places we wanted to go to. They gave us maps, wrote down directions to show to taxis and even arranged for luggage transfer to our...
