Spending close to 2 weeks at this hotel our stay was exceptional with impeccable service and amenities. The staff were tentative, helpful and friendly. The hotel has some great views of Osaka with the giant Ferris wheel and universal studios lighting up at night

Enjoyed staying at the Hyatt for a first time visit to Osaka for business. The location was a little away from some of the business center. I was willing to forgo that to save significantly on my room rate during a sold out time.

To be honest, there are not many vegan options in Japan. Tokyo offers some as the foreign population here is a lot bigger than any other locations in Japan. For Osaka, the majority of the foreign visitors are from Asia and vegan options are hard to get in Osaka unless you request very specifically when ordering food. You can search in happycow site which lists vegan restaurants around Japan.
