    Lovely hotel

    Stayed here for two nights during a week in Osaka. (Not consecutive nights) with a special room rate. Excellent hotel, comfy beds and superb staff. Disappointed that I was unable to arrange an earlier check in than 3pm

    In Japan, the name of the hotel is quite known as the Imperial family used to stay at this hotel. However, compared to the many international hotels, the staff are not trained nor attentive enough to please global travelers.

    Nice hotel

    Seems that this is nice hotel in this area, location wise it's really convenient and room is decent size. The restaurants and cafe they have is really top notch. Food is great. The price setting is great really affordable.

    As your flight is 9 am and you want to arrive at Kansai Airport,KIX, 1.5 hours earlier, it means you have to be there at 730 am. Please note that at the airport, you have to take the shuttle train to get to another building... More
