Excellent hotel, perfectly located in shopping area of Osaka. Few steps away from the popular shopping pedestrian arcade of Shisaibashi, it offers the opportunity for both the high end and the value-priced shopping in the city. The area is full of restaurants, you can litterally pick whatever you want. Walking 20 minutes are in Namba square crossing the flagship area...

Very close from Shinsaibashi station. Direct access from the exit No 8 Shinsaibashi. Room is spacious, comfortable bed. Service from staff was exceptional. I had Japanese style breakfast, it was very tasty.

Large, well designed room. Great location directly above the Shinsaibashi Station in the middle of prime shopping district. Excellent staff. English proficiency uniformly adequate and very high level of service. Enjoyed the lobby bar with live jazz every night (cover charge). Excellent breakfast buffet with a mixture of Japanese and Western options.

The location in Shinsaibashi is excellent (great shopping, 10 minute walk to Dotonbori). It is a bit far from Umeda however, but well linked with the metro system. The rooms are very small and cramped but if you get one of the renovated ones they are nicely decorated. Bathroom facilities are good in the renovated rooms. There are no wellness...

We used Hotel Nikko as our base of operations for sightseeing around Kansai during our 1-week long family holiday. We got the superior double rooms with breakfast package, so our rooms were higher up on the 22nd floor. Rooms were very clean, and had a contemporary interior décor, which makes you feel as though the rooms were recently refurbished. I...

This hotel is well located with nice clean rooms and friendly staff. It is very expensive so does not represent good value. The nearby Mystays would have been a much better value option . We stayed at the Mystay in Kyoto and it was brilliant at under half the price.

Overall I was happy with the hotel but for the price I was expecting better. The location is good, close to shopping, restaurants bars. Train station underneath the hotel so easy to access and get around the city. The rooms are clean but are unremarkable and small for 2 people, I did book a mid range room for around $250...

This hotel is in a nice location not too far from the Namba area: it is something like a 6~8 block walk to the bridge where all the night stuff is going on, which is where you want to hang out. The rooms are what you'd expect out of a Japanese hotel - small and efficient. The staff and service...

We had the worst experience from the Airbnb during the first two nights of our stay in Osaka and this hotel made our family vacation very enjoyable. It is located at the heart of Osaka's restos and shopping area. Literally walking distance. Rooms were very clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ms Chihwa Oh, their Guest relations Manager...
