I used to live in Osaka for several years so I know the area very well. After moving earlier this year I now occasionally visit the city on business and on the past 2 trips I have stayed at this hotel. I almost wrote a (negative) review the last time but was hoping that it was a one time thing...

I had a room on one of the 'premiere' floors (not sure why, or what the difference is!) but I don't imagine the rooms are any larger - fairly standard business hotel size (ie, hardly any storage, would struggle with two people in there) but this is just normal. The TV also has BBC World rather than just Japanese channels,...

My new iPhone 6 Plus was stolen from the room during the period I was running the Osaka Marathon. It was definitely in the room on the bed when I went out in the morning. I forgot to lock it up. The hotel staffs not only refused to do something about it, they told me they can only check with...

Hotel's location makes up for the small size of the room (which is smaller than the average small size of most Japanese room, and I've stayed in very many of those). I booked a non-smoking room but the reception apparently had given it to someone else. However, after much pleading, someone else on the desk took over and, after much...

Location is good. The Hotel is clean, well equiped but the room with double bed is extreamly small. We can't even open our gip fully. I think it is the smallest hotel room i every stay. Next night we chaged to the room with 2 single bed. It is better, but need to pay 3000 Yan

The location is extremely convenient - about 3 minute walk from Namba station. As you would expect with a Japanese business hotel, the rooms are very small and clean. The downside of this particular hotel were the terrible pillows, the hard and uneven bed, and the non-functioning wifi. The rest is exactly as you would expect.

good price, room is quite small but comfy very convenient location 5-10 mins walk to major shopping area, as well as subway and railways stations quite quiet despite its location restaurant in the hotel but you don't really need it as there's plenty of good food nearby

The front desk was nice and helpful, i rented the pocket wifi and sent it to this hotel and they give it to me straight away during my check-in. The room is as expected, the Japanese hotel room size but it is very comfortable and clean, the amenities are complete as well. What I love the most about this hotel...

I stayed one night at APA Shinsaibashi. The hotel front desk were trying to be helpful. The room is small. I booked a single room but I was given a double bed. 4 steps from door to the bed. The shower curtain was moldy. The bed was soft as if I had been jumped by someone every night. I could...

This hotel is very nice, the rooms are very small but that didn't bother us. Free wifi. The room consisted of a double bed, desk and bathroom (toilet, sink and bath/shower). We walked to this hotel from OCAT (bus station from Osaka airport to Osaka). If we didn't have google maps/trip advisor ap then this hotel would have been a bit...
