First Impression: CHECK-IN: You need to pay first and if you have any laundry or whatever service you used, you will pay after check out. Laundry bag & Form Laundry placed inside the drawer near TV. Service very fast. The only difficult is language barrier.. BREAKFAST: If your hotel include with break fast, make sure you asking with the receptionist...

The location is wonderful. But the rooms are way too small for the price you are paying. There's hardly space to walk to open your luggage. Not too justifiable with the price per night. Service not too fantastic too. A little more smile would help.

As all others have said, the room is very compact and cramped. Bathroom is very old. A lot of toiletries provided. There is no air conditioning, despite being +20 Celsius and humid. Opening the window allows for the smell of all the nearby restaurants to come in. Front desk staff speak minimal English. The lobby is modern, as is the...

Conveniently located about 10 minutes by foot from Osaka train station and 5 minutes from Umeda location, the close proximity of this hotel to the train stations also means if you get a room facing the back alley, you will have the sound of trains running till 12mn and starting at 6am the next day. It was impossible to sleep...

We stayed in twin rooms and the rooms and cupboards are small. There is lack of walking space deapite not placing our 2 suitcases on the floor. In room toiletries and facilities are decent. Front service staffs are friendly. Location is good although it took us some time to really make our way to Umeda or Osaka station as there...

Quiet hotel, a reasonable walking distant to shopping area, with two entrances. The back door access to food street, and less than 10 min walk to subway station. Don't expect a fancy dining room. It's Simple hotel and good for business traveler. Hotel is relatively old but well maintained. Overall is good value for the price.

Second visit to this hotel because of its location, near Osaka station but forgot about aircondition issue last time. It is central aircondition system, cannot adjust temperature just open and close the fan made me not comfortable at all during night time and getting dress with sweat. Good luck that weather in Osaka this period is below 20degree if not...

The hotel is situated very close to Umeda Station, so it is very convenient to shops and restaurants and transportation. It's in a funny little spot that provides an eclectic mix. On one side the street comes alive at night and is crammed with little bars and such, and on the other side is an area called Chayamachi that feels...

This hotel (Annex) should be viewed as part of Hotel New Hankyu Osaka which is 5 minutes walk away, next to the airport limousine bus stop and connected to the underpass of the Osaka and Umeda station. There is only one small cafe in the Annex but guests can choose to dine in the main hotel which have more choices...
