We stayed here for 7 nights and used it as a base to take day trips to Hiroshima, Kyoto and Nara. It was the smallest room of all our 3 hotels that we stayed and also smallest bathroom. However, it's very convenient to walk to Shin-Osaka station as it's the main station for the Shinkansen and lots of eating places...

This hotel is very well located very close to the shin-Osaka train station. Reception people are very kind, polite and rooms are comfortable. Room size is good and cleaness is good as well. Laundry service perfectly works and the area is very quiet although being near the train station. I whould choose it again if I will come back there...

We were staying only one night to be close to Kansai Airport and Shin-Osaka was convenient. The Hotel was nice and the staff very helpful even though their english was not very fluent. The rooms are very small but considering Osaka's offer and availability was more than enough. Breakfast was either japanese or western and the offer was very good....

It is near the station, but not that near, unless you leave the station by the right exit and no one knows where that is; it's at the very end and therefore the total walk is long; this cancels the advertised convenience.

Very nice room. Small but not claustaphobic with a clean and fully functioning bathroom. There was a nice welcoming touch with a flower and paper cranes. The reception (fronto) was welcoming and relaxed. And a very competitive price. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on food.

It's only a short walk from the JR station and it's easy to find. All staff are helpful and maps are placed on the desk to show you restaurants in the surronding area. I booked the ladies' room and was given extra cosmetic ammenities. A humidifier and hair curler/straightener are also provided. The breakfast are divided into Jap and Western...

We stayed two night during summer 2012. Five minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka Station, just need to find the right exit. The hotel had two building and I can say although it is near the station, the noises are something we do not worried about. The room as almost any Japanese hotel, are clean. But in size is very small....

Value for money. Very good location 5-10min walk from Shin-Osaka Station (using the East exit) - a major stop for JR line, subway, airport Haruka express & Shinkansen. Station is approx 30min ride via JR line to Kyoto, 50min ride to airport via Haruka, 5-10 min away from hub of shopping street of Shinsaibashi via JR or subway. Simple breakfast...

“when looking for the hotel, exit on the EAST GATEof the train station complex, cross the road and follow the pedestrian path along the railways. Walk for about two blocks and take note of the signage once you reach the Y-shaped road. Once you get here, get off the pedestrian path and follow the road beside it. do not turn left other wise you will reach the main hotel”
