We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. The first this i would say, is make sure you have good directions to get there, as the streets and alleys are a bit of a maze till you get to know your way around the place. As people have said, you can smell smoke in the reception area, but we never...

Business Inn Sennichimae has many good things going for it and many things going against it. For it, the rooms are fairly spacious (especially for a business hotel), very clean and you get the usual, fully-stocked washroom. Against it, there is a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, anywhere near the lobby, the staff barely speaks English (which makes sense,...

First of all, the hotel's entrance is located in one of the little alleyways in Dontonbori and is quite inconspicuous, so it took us a little bit of looking to find. The foyer is quite small, but the attendants at the desk were all really upbeat, provided great service and spoke English well. The rooms themselves are quite small (but...

There was strong cigarette smoke smell in our assigned room. They had a Shiseido deodorizer spray for clothes in the room for that. The front desk associate did not know how to smile (but there was another one who was more friendly whose shift came the next day). In any case, the room was not so bad and very conveniently...

Very rude an unhelpful staff. Some of them do not speak english when you ask a question but seem to have a large vocabulary when it comes to explaining that you need to clear the dishes in the breakfast restaurant and that they will not store the luggage for you even though some local guests did leave their suitcases at...

This hotel is centrally located in between 2 subway stations the Namba and Sennichmae station. The location is really good and there are lots of eateries near the hotel . You find ramen stalls and a big shop selling Monaka sweets, turn into that lane and you will find the Business Inn Sennichimae. However the entrance is rather small so...

The location was great once found. It was close to exit B26 from the Namba Walk underground shopping area. Because of the low cost, I used it as my base for other trips and even stayed in Tokyo one night while keeping my hotel room in Osaka. Breakfast was boring with bread, hardboiled egg, and a small slice of banana,...

The hotel was a little hard to find for us but it was very close to the station and easy to get there from Kansai airport. The rooms were small but comfortable. It was quiet despite being so close to all the restaurants and shops! Everything was pretty clean. We didn't get breakfast because there were so many restaurants nearby....

I stayed there with my family (3 persons) for one night on 01Jan16. Location is really convenient. You can go there from Kansai airport to Namba station by Nankai Railway just need 43 minutes. Besides that most restaurants nearby open 24hours. The room size is big enough for 3 adults. Room is clean and tidy. The only thing I don't...
