Great ryokan for family - public Onsen, kids are welcome, Kaiseki dinner is a fantastic experience, staff is attentive and made us feel welcome. Room was very warm despite that it was quite cold outside. We would definitely recommend this ryokan.

This was our first visit to a Ryokan. It was super convenient to the train station. Room was well appointed. Included meals were amazing - they were delicious and huge selection. The kids meals were very diverse as well. Quiet and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for a week during our recent trip to Kyoto. The ryokan itself is located one train station from the Kyoto station at the Tambaguchi station (3 min train ride) and then a 5 min walk to the actual hotel....More
