We went here for an onsen experience near Sapporo and this hotel's outdoor onsen was such wonderful and unforgettable! We were surrounded by snow-covered mountains while being submerged in hot spring waters!

The hotel was big with good number of onsens. Other than that, a few things fell short of our expectations. No one tried to help us unload the luggages. Room very small. Washroom even worst. Though you could use the onsens for bath. Decor tired. Staff spoke almost no english. Couldn't explain to me my bill which was 100% in...

This hotel is quite big, a lot of customers at hotel. I had a room in Japanese style, it was okay. Dinner and Breakfast is good, all staffs is very nice. I love there many onsen bath especially outdoor bath, very nice view, many people use it but it was clean.

Loved the atmosphere and all decorations - though some of them seem to be too much of a European style (e.g. tables and chairs in the restaurant, sofas in the lobby). This hotel appeared to be very grand, and there is a new building too. There are no porterage service, so guests have to carry luggage themselves. Restaurants, onsen, and...

We had to bring our towels from the suite to go to hot spring so it was a little inconvenient, and the buffet had same menu for breakfast and dinner for two days. Otherwise we enjoyed going to hot springs because it was kids friendly and baby friendly. They had nice heated swimming pool playground, and kids had a lot...

We didn't stay at the hotel, but went for the day, to use the Onsen and Water park (Lagoon). Had an awesome time with the kids. 1000¥ for adults and 600¥ for children. Might seem expensive for an Onsen, but the waterpark justifies it. The Onsen had big rooms, large pools and an outdoors pool. It was extremely clean. We...

This hotel is very popular among tourists especially from China. It is quite big but still managed to offer high level of service quality to every guest. We stayed in the Japanese styled room and it was quite specious for the 3 of us. Room was made twice daily....My children enjoyed the water park and food. We booked room with...

The hotel is quite big. The facilities are in good condition. The room is huge. I booked a room with a buffet dinner and a breakfast. This hotel has a big onsen which includes outdoor onsen and sauna. There is also a small indoor water theme park, gaming area and karaoke room. They provide free shuttle service from/to Sapporo. Overall,...

The view, facilities and comfort of this hotel is good. The only disappointing thing is the buffet dinner and breakfast. Snow crab was not fresh and food taste are below average. Nothing much to expect from his hotel.

This is really a big hotel! My wife and I spent 2 nights here. Basically the facility is good, for example, swimming pool, hot springs, restaurant, coffee shop, and souvenir store. It is a good place for family. The drawbacks was too crowded, maybe because we were here on weekend. The parking space was not enough, so many guests were...
