We stayed 1 night in December 2016. That was the greatest regret : ( We should have booked for more nights! We stayed in the Japanese style room with in-room onsen. It was the best stay in our 14 days Japan trip. We took the free shuttle bus from Sapporo, it was easy to locate the pick-up point. The staff...

We did not stay at the hotel but spent lunch there (2 adults, 2 children) at the grill restaurant (they have 2, one grill and one "Japanese"). Very nice welcome. Our waiter did its really best to accomodate all our wishes and took care of a very nice customer experience. Seafood was very fresh, well-presented and recommendations were good. We...

Love the private onsen at room so much! Service is very good! The staffs are very nice and professional! Especially the bartender who speak English fluently, we had a nice chat! After we checked out, we were waiting bus outside the hotel, and one male staff was worried that we might miss the bus, he kept waiting outside to make...

My stay at Jozankei Dai-Ichi Hotel Suizantei was a love and hate experience. Our room was clean, food was wonderful, onsen was awesome, and staffs were all sweet and friendly, well, almost all, except for the gentleman at the reception desk (Feb 20-22, 2017 from around 9:00- 10:00). I was trying to confirm my bus reservation from the hotel to...

Public onsen in hotel is good enough. No need to book private bath. Don't miss outdoor upstair onsen Food is very normal. Actually below expectation compared to Japanese standard. Room and facilities are beyond expectation. Especially onsen. I definitely go to onsen hotel again. Communication was very very difficult. Sometimes we felt we were the last one they want to...

Location: Located away from city but free shuttle was provided at Odori Nishi 5 Chome (reservation needed). It took around 1 hour to the hotel. Room: Stayed on 7th floor. Room like a suite, the living area will converted become bedroom at night which 3 of us had experience of sleeping on tatami. Another 2 person slept in a bedroom...

I came to this hotel at 2015 December, and the hotel is perfect. It takes about 1.5 hour from the airport to the hotel, located far from the city. We only stay here for one night, the reason I recommend this hotel is their hot spring and their food,it's fantastic. The pool is outside the hotel, so you can see the...

I have stayed at this hotel with my wife three times so far, and the last visit was December in 2015. We took free shuttle bus from the center of Sapporo, Odori Nishi 5 chome, and it took one hour from the city center to the hotel. The hotel is traditional and luxurious architecture. Our room had in-house spa (Onsen)...

stayed for 1n to enjoy the hot spring baths. outdoor baths in particular were nice. dinner and breakfast were also enjoyable. the standard room was somewhat basic, with no in-room bath, which turned to be not a problem at all. check-in procedure was peculiar, as described in the other reviews, but nevertheless comfortable. the room had nice view to the...
