The Relief is located in a quite area about 10 minutes walk from the heart of the nightlife zone. If offers good price performance for Sapporo and you are welcomed in a reception area that has a relaxed and friendly feel, unlike a standard sterile business hotel. A small cafe is attached to the hotel which served an excellent breakfast.

Found this hotel as a last minute option and decided to pay out of our price bracket as a treat. Very well organized operation, young, energetic, courteous and helpful staff. Spoke good to acceptable English. Helped with bookings and reservations. Room was great - though it was not a standard one as per other reviews I read - with a... More

Welcome/Staff Nice welcome from the staff. Service The staff is extremely nice and eager to help even though they could not help us last night! Everything seemed to be just great until we opened the door of the bedroom. The smell of smoke was so huge that we truly believe somebody had just smoke seconds ago. Then, the size of... More

I stayed tonight with my husband, when we came to the hotel, the staffs shown warm welcome and telling us about the free hot spa opening time and some complimentary vouchers for the cafe which located at the ground floor. It's worthy for such a competitive rate to book this hotel online.

Excellent customer service. The hotel is a 3 minutes walk from Nakajima Koen station and 15 minutes walk to the shopping district. If you are looking for a bigger room, try booking for a double room, because the single and the semi-double room can be a bit of a squeeze. There is Lawson convenient store nearby and it is right... Upon our arrival at the hotel, we felt a warm welcome at the reception counter. It was cold and we were given some gel pad to keep our hands warm. Wow, I thought that was really something making us feeling at home. That was indeed a good impression of hospitality to foreign guests like us. The hotel basically provides all... More

This was a business trip and I booked online. The hotel is well located and offers convenient services. Size of the room was as expected. Staff was helpful. The breakfast is located in the cafe adjacent to the hotel. All in all, a good experience.

Room very small. Double bed is quuen bed. Very small bed. No room heater or maybe i dont know how to switch on. But location near nakajima koen subway station just a walk distance. But the breakfast is really marvelous. 2 choices of meal . The room toilet is just like capsule when you travel to outer space.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Any travel adviser should block this piece of crap. I go with my wife and it was advertised as Hiso, It is a not so. Two people can not move in the same room. It cost well over $120 US Dollars to stay at this dung hole. The staff can... More
