My husband and I stayed here for the last four nights of our month long China holiday. Firstly to the positives... This hotel has a great location... Only a short walk to the very beautiful and green garden laced West Lake. The breakfast buffet was certainly sufficient, plentiful, fresh and cheery. Eastern and western choices both plentiful. The staff were...

I checked into this hotel last night for a 2 night stay however, I will be checking out this morning and moving to a different hotel. I'm very well traveled and not difficult to please but I must admit that I've never been so disgusted by a hotel room in all my life! Room smelled of mold, barely working air...

The hotel needed a little updating, but not too bad for my standards. My biggest complaints would be the shower drain clogged very quickly, and the A/C unit did not work very well at all. I had the thermostat set at 12C, and it never really got cold. Either the system was old, or the filter needed a serious cleaning....

The hotel is located at a great part of town, however, it is situated in the center of a very busy intersection so there is constant street noise you can not avoid. The rooms are old and musty, some mold in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is average. Wifi is slow. The AC can not be controlled in the room and...

Very comfortable hotels. Staffs are extremely friendly and courteous. Very eager to offer assistant in any ways. A clap to the hotel management. Behind the hotel, there is Wulin night market. Do try out, plenty of good and food.

The Haihua Hotel Hangzhou is perfectly located only 5 minutes away by foot from the shore of West Lake and about 15 minutes from the Fengqi Road metro station. Our city view room was comfortable and clean but the view was limited. What I liked the most about that hotel was the huge buffet breakfast that was included (with a...

I booked an executive suite for 3 nights in October and that includes breakfast and the use of the executive lounge, which had a very good view of the lake on Booking.com web site. When we got there we were told the lounge has now been used for business meeting/function etc. Instead we could have our evening cocktail and canopy...

The Haihua Hotel in the beautiful city of Hangzhou is very central but average price and quality. We started out on the fifth floor so there was noise from a major street. There was no problem getting our room changed to the 7th floor at the back of the hotel for our next few nights. Very quiet now. The staff...

A standard hotel that makes an excellent base for a visit to this lovely green city. It's only a short walk to the famous West Lake, and a short walk in the other direction to a shopping street and metro standard. Service is fine, and the restaurant is worth a visit. Breakfasts are excellent. Be careful not to take a...
