The standard king room was very spacious, comfortable and well furnished with lots of space to unpack, bar fridge, etc. The bathroom is modern & quite stylish. Good WiFi. It had the potential to be one of the nicer rooms we stayed in, but dirty walls & a dirty carpet brought it down a notch. And why oh why would...

We got a nice room with a great giant bathtub (no photo, but definitely fits two). The staff were nice and brought breakfast to the room. If you're interested in doing a bit of tourist shopping, it's a great location. One thing to note is Hangzhou is humid, and the room retained a bit too much moisture for my comfort....

the alley inn base on old town in hangzhou.is not easy to find but is quit classical chinese inn. bathroom is not that clean,but staff or boss is quit nice to you.the inn is a family hostel ,very easy to find food when you out of inn.they do not provide Breakfas

i went there with my family for holiday. the location is convenient and quite quiet. there's a bath pool in the room i booked. my boy is so excited about the pool and played in the pool whole afternoon.

It's a gorgeous hotel! The exterior design is very oriental but the interior is simple and nice. We got a corner room on the second floor and the room was huge, I think it's definitely worth more than what we paid for. The hotel only provides simple breakfast and you actually have to DIY. I and my wife stayed here in March and as then they were still putting the finishing touches to some of the rooms. But this work going on never disturbed our stay. The rooms are big enough and immaculate as is the whole hotel. The reception staff are pleasant and check in was faultless. Assistance with your luggage is also...
