The place is old and not very clean. No Western breakfast at all. Breakfast in a smelly room. Wifi at the rooms hardly if at all working. So only the lobby ia a place for connecting. Seems to be very popular with conference organizers as comes with many conference rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for about a week. Overall, we had a good experience. There are not many people who can speak English, but they all tried to help us. When we needed help, we always found an English speaker. Breakfast is from 7:30 until 9:30. Only typical Chinese food is provided. Our room had a good size. Baby...

I have travel in China fews times, sleep and eat in this hotel, the room is correct, but the restaurant is very bad and the room is not all time very clean. I prefer an other new hotel more close of the beginning of the street.

We went to see the Terracotta Warriors - Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum. This hotel was suitable enough for our purposes - and the price was OK. We had a good room, not smelly, we could sleep well - not much noise. And the food was eatable - not big surprises but not big disappointments either. Also wondering, why the staff...

This is the cheapest of "nice" hotels I have stayed at in China. Wifi a little patchy but fast. Carpets on 9th floor need replacing like other floors. Well stocked bathroom with shower over bath. Plenty of plugs in room. Hard bed but slept well. Will definitely choose again for business travel.

Stayed for 4 nights, rooms are quite large and clean. Disappointed that even though their website says they have a gym and sauna, these dont exist! They're reception has wifi that works sometimes - none in the rooms, but has an Ethernet connection. Quite close to city wall, Shan xi history museum & the pagodas. Taxis quite hard to catch...

We had 2 nights here recently and were very disappointed. The food was very average and the rooms though large were very tired. The shower leaked all over the floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful though not a lot of English was spoken.

The hotel lobby is certainly 4 star, my room was 3 star the bathroom a 2 star,,,,,, The bathroom is fairly small with cracked and stained tiles and very poor workmanship in attempts to repair some of them. The showerhead was old and at 5 feet, I am over 6 feet. Mold in the shower grout lines and an old...

We stayed at the Tang Cheng Hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The rooms are suite style and very large, clean and well appointed washing room. The washing room had both a tub and shower as well as a separate glassed shower stall. The tub and shower has a glass wall that looks into the suite, not...

We stayed here on our way to visit Terracotta Warriors. The hotel when you walk in looks impressive. But actually its nothing special. The bed was clean, but the cleaners must never have the light on when cleaning as the carpets, & floor were dirty. The food here we had dinner and breakfast was cold. but the service is very...
