Stayed in this hotel for two nights in April. Great location. Nice rooms, with large bathroom. Lovely bar area, with happy hour from 5 pm to 7 pm. Breakfast very good and staff helpful. Would recommend.

Our second China hotel and a bit of a disappointment. The room was ok if a little 'tired' with no drawer space and too few hangers. Wifi in the hotel was rather 'hit and miss' even in reception. Breakfast was something of a scrum with too few tables, items running out and hot food only warm. Biggest surprise was to...

Stayed at this excellent hotel in April as part of a tour of China, nice rooms, not large, but with the biggest bed I have ever seen must have been 7 foot wide! Lovely bathroom with separate shower and good quality toiletries. Staff on reception very helpful and laundry service was good and fast. The buffet breakfast was fair as...

We stayed here 3 nights in 2 rooms for our family of 6. They put in a extra bed ( extra fee) in each room for us so it was a little crowded but manageable. Nice bathrooms. We got upgraded to the 12th floor not sure how the room was different from other floors but we did have a large...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights.Everything seemed to be Ok till we came to check out. We were told that we had to pay for a soiled pillow case .We told them we didn't soil anything and when asked to show it, they brought a spare pillow which had a faint old stain(not even a fresh stain). Our...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The foyer and restaurant areas are beautifully decorated and there is a sitting room, a library, souvenir shop as well as a cafe and a western / Chinese restaurant. Staff were generally very helpful, although most of the girls at the service desk had limited english (I often feel guilty writing this as I...

The hotel is big and has a Chinese stile appearance, with an elegant lobby. The location is in one of the main streets in the city, 10 minutes walk from the bell tower pagoda in the city center. There are many shops, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby and the streets are loaded with lots of people and cars. Our room...

Stayed here for two nights in November as part of a tour package. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast (included with our tour) was excellent: a large variety between Western type and Asian foods. The hotel was conveniently located within the Xian old city wall. It was a walkable distance...

My wife planned the whole trip. This hotel has exceeded my expectation (I had low expectation to start with). The location is very good and it has a feature of modern big hotel. Only disappointment was the absence of pool. Breakfast was nice. We have had coffee at the cafe with some cookies. It was nice. I am quite pleased...
