Best thing about this place, is that it really facilitates chatting with other hostel-goers. Cozy bar and common areas. Local food available, as one would expect, but also good western food and drinks for those who crave them.

We stayed at this hotel (but it had more of a hostel vibe which was nice) for 2 nights. Rooms were clean, comfortable and what we needed after exploring Xi An. We had breakfast here one morning which was great. The best coffee we had in China with both Chinese & Western options. The girls who run the hotel are...

We stayed here for 3 days. It was easy to find, good location, and great facilities. The rooms were big, beds comfortable, and bathroom sufficient. The room quiet even though the hostel has a "party feel". There is a large bar and lots of common space to hang out. Would definitely go back. Doesn't feel like a hostel, more like...

Very clean, modern hostel. The bar area is great and they offer both Western and Chinese food and drinks. They offer a free walking tour of Xi'an, which was very extensive and informative. I also did the paid tour of the Terracotta Soldiers, which was great but if I were you I'd just arrange a trip yourself. Only downside: I...

When we ask information about how to arrive to the hotel, the only answer we trice was that we had to take a taxi, arranged by them. However when we left to the airport we do it perfectly by public transport... The room was calm and the first impression was fine. However when we get in inside we saw the...

The most friendly, hospitable and atmospheric place I stayed in China. The staff arebrilliant, the beers cold and p.enty to choose from including Belgium and British, and as everyone else has mentioned, a fantastic location. The only thing letting it down is the food. Honestly the worst food I ate in China, possibly the world. I would have loved to...

Eventhough Hantang House is located in an alley, our taxi driver had no problem finding the hotel. There was welcome drink when we arrived at the hotel. The staffs speak good English. They have very helpful map for our guidance in Xi'an. This hotel located near shopping malls. Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter can be reached on foot....
