My husband and I stayed at the Titan Times hotel in Xi'an for two nights, as part of our Nexus tour. Our room was much larger than we expected, with a separate lounge room which had a gaming table. It also had a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The room did look a little dated the way it... More

The room is quite big and the living room is somewhat separate from the bedroom, which is nice. The bathroom has 2 showers, one with a tub. The room is very comfortable with the exception of the very hard bed. The pillows are excellent! Luckily we had no smoke smell in our room. The lobby is nice and clean and... More

As most of the reviews, we stayed heras part of our Nexus tour. No problems or faults to raise. Out of our three hotels we stayed in while in China, I will have to say this was the best. Room on the 21st floor was clean & tidy, bathroom clean with a bath & shower. We did have a view... More

This was a pleasant stop, an undemanding hotel with a spacious, comfortable room. A good hearty breakfast well presented if a little short on seating at busy periods. Located just a couple of hundred yards from the most impressive city walls that we have eves seen giving good walking opportunities. The entrance to the car park in our coach was... More

We stayed here as part of our current Nexus tour. Facilities were great. Lovely rooms with separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was great with a good choice. Only slight downside was staff speak very little English but if you are patient you can work through this

Great hotel - brilliant location near to city wall. Underground station just round the corner. Room had lounge, bar area, 2 bathrooms and bedroom. Breakfast - good choice of food, but tricky to find a table at peak times. Only downside was the mattress on the bed. After one night of sleeping on what felt like a plank of wood... More

We were with Mercury Holidays on their escorted "Wonders of China" tour and found all the hotels we stayed in were of a very high standard. We spent two nights at the Ocean Hotel in Shanghai, 2 at the Tibet Hotel in Chengdu, 2 at the Titan Times Hotel in Xi-an and 4 at the Landmark Hotel in Beijing. We... More

Stayed two nights as part of tour. Room on 18th floor. Shower didn't work, bath dirty, hair dryer didn't work and sockets only worked if everything turned on. Breakfast was a shambles with food running out no clean cutlery. Would not recommend this alleged four star hotel.

As the first part of our Nexus Tour we stayed at the Titan Times for 2 nights. When new, would have been a 4 star hotel (Chinese star ratings) but is now a little tired. Everything was pleasant enough with nothing to complain about --- breakfast was ok, usual western fare with eastern as well. The hotel was on a... More

Stayed 2 night with my group in that clean and comfortable hotel. Most of us got suites. The view from my room was toward the beautiful square and the famous wall of the old town. The wall was illuminated at night. The Muslim quarter was close. I liked the hard beds, but it is not fits everybody. I ate only... More
