From the moment of arrival I was made to feel special. The staff were exceptional, though most don't speak English (as most of the clientele were Chinese ) they made all efforts to provide an English speaking consiage. The rooms were neat ,tidy , well apointed and bigger than other hotels which charged more. A free suttle to the air... More

We recently spent 2 nights at this hotel whilst visiting X'ian to see the Terracotta Warriors. The hotel is perfectly located within the city walls. Rooms were clean and comfortable (although the shower/toilet configuration was a little odd). The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help, despite not speaking a word of English. The hotel has a... More

It's quite good hotel for China. Good four stars with a reasonable price. Someone coud be surprised and even annoied with a slide door at the shower/toilet. Many hotels in China don't have bathrooms WITH doors, so this hotel went in a right direction but stopped in a halfway. Free transfer from and to the airport or railway station is... More

I stayed here when I cam to see the terecotta warriors. Hotel is far better than I expected and the city is great with friendly people and superb street food. A fun place to go. The breakfast had a good mix of European food as well as chines for everyone and it was really tasty. I did try a lot... More

This place punches above its weight in terms of value for money and offering guests a good experience. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious for their class. The breakfast offering is formidable and changes daily. Within 150 metres is the Muslim Quarter with a massive foody offering. Xian's new Metro station is at the... More

+ 5 mins to subway station; near shopping malls; within the ancient city walls; staff enormously helpful with check-in, take-away breakfast; free fruit, Wifi and drinking water. - rooms are ageing quickly, would I stay there again: nothing wrong with the place, but probably try another one next time

This is a typical Chinese 2~3 star hotel (or thereabouts): -The space and services offered are decent but not great. -The service level is OK and staff friendly, though some may struggle with English at times. -Well located in city centre, just next to subway line 2 (1 stop from the Bell Tower and 2 from the South gate). Prices... More

Nice hotel overall, friendly and helpful staff, good location which are close to the bell tower and the Muslim street. The rooms has corny design with pink soft toy, making it looks like a love hotel. Spent 7 nights there, overall satisfactory. But the free breakfast was awfully AWFUL. Everything was served cold and we only ended up eating twice... More

Just finished a stay here with my partner and am glad to be leaving in all honesty. 3 nights was more then enough. Our room was old and dated and stunk of smoke. The carpet was disgusting with stains covering majority of it. Even the armchair was stained. The toilet/shower cubicle is centimetres away from the bed with the wash... More

We booked at reception who kept getting confused over the booking ,then after that pickle we were taken to our room which looked more like a movie set frim 70,s porn star movie. With a... More
