If you are booked into this Hotel, cancel it immediately! It is dirty, people allowed to smoke everywhere, which was all through the Air Conditioning. Our fridge and safe didn't work, staff couldn't speak English or care, they didn't even have a map of the City. The breakfast was inedible, we have never in all our travels stayed anywhere like...

Hotel is in a decent location which is it's only redeeming factor. Awful hotel, filthy worn rooms with barely functioning toilets and showers. Noisy staff radios going on and off all hours of the night. Wi-fi barely works and staff speaks zero English. Here with an Intrepid Tour, which seriously for the cost of the trip should select a better...

Although central this hotel is in need of a lot of TLC. BREAKFAST abysmal and beds hard. Large rooms. Couldn't find any reception staff who spoke a word of English. Small supermarket on ground floor. Believe has recent been taken over so may improve in future. Breakfast finishes at 9.00.

The hotel looked the part and our room was ok. However it was extremely noisy from continual traffic and peeping of horns. Breakfast room looked good but food was shocking and table cloths were dirty. Don't both with toast unless you like just warmed bread as even running it through 2-3 times made no difference to the colour!! Lobby areas...

Visited as part of a group. Good location but the usual frustrations with Chinese budget hotels. Carpets filthy, mould in bathrooms, etc etc. breakfast was absolutely terrible and the plates were dirty, definitely avoid eating there. It's ok if you just want a couple of nights in a good location for a cheap price.

After my hostel room booking fell through, I quickly organised a room here on the day for a few nights. From what i can tell I picked it up cheap ($37AUD a night) making it really good value for money, but I'm not sure I would pay the full price as indicated on Agoda though. The room was really good...

The hotel is old look but in a good condition and best location near metro xian line 2 zhong lu/bell tower about 10-15 minutes walk/800 meters. Hotel lobby are pretty good but the furniture are really old. The room big enough for sleep but you must choose high floor room to prevent noisy from the busy roads near hotel and...

This hotel is close to the attractions of Xi'An. It is typical of most hotels in China in that the beds are impossibly hard and maintenance is not high on the agenda. Staff tried to help but had very limited english but our tour guide generally came to the rescue!

Stayed here as part of Exodus trip. Hotel in good location close to the Muslim quarter with all its bazaars and Bell and Drum towers. Room good with safe and WIFI. Beds hard but that's the way they are in China ( never stops me sleeping) Breakfast poor, table cloths and cutlery dirty, and not much choice.

The hotel is fantastically placed a short stroll to the Muslim quarter, bell and drum tower, the south gate and river walk. The hotel itself however is just adequate, as it is dating the carpets, linens and curtains are rough around the edges, with many stains. The air conditioning could work better than it does, the room was hot at...
