The Ron Inn Hotel is about 30km (20 miles) from Guilin airport - serviced by a fast flowing expressway and then reasonably efficient city roads. We used a taxi (about 100RMB at mid afternoon), partly so we could find the hotel quickly after 24 hours of travelling. My number one tip for finding hotels in China is to get the hotel name and address written in characters, or get them to telephone the hotel - make sure you have the phone number.
