We booked Konggang Hotel for an overnight stopover between flights. It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport- they have a hotel shuttle which worked well- you will need to phone them on arrival at the airport to pick them up- It's a Konggang Hotel branded little minibus which is great as we were a little worried whether...

Bad weather cancelled our connecting flight to Shanghai so we were freaking out as there were a million people screaming and trying to sort out flights in the terminal. We thought we'd have to sleep in the airport until we were met by a security guard who took us to the free shuttle bus. The staff at the hotel were...

Quite a nice hotel to stay may be cost per room a bit expensive. The room is quite spacious which has 3 beds and can easily accomodate 3 adaults and 2 childrens. The good thing about Konggang hotel is that it provide shuttle service to and from Baiyun Gz intr' airport for free. Hotel Websites may mention it as 3 star or even more, but i feel its below 2 star. Rooms are very small and bed is not at all comfortable. Hotel offers free pick up and drop which is definitely helpful. Staff doesn't understand english much and you may have issues if you need something. Consider this only if you want...

In my naivety I believed the person; he was practically outside Pullman’s front door. I have since found out Pullman Hotel was not fully booked as friends arriving after me stayed without reservation. 2....

Missed my connecting flight at Guangzhou airport and being 2.00am. in the morning got badgered into taking a free shuttle bus (old and decrepit but friendly and helpful) to their hotel which they claimed was as good as any of the nearby 4 star hotels and much cheaper. My God, what a dump. The rooms were 2 to 3 times...

Stranded at Guangzhou airport after midnight. What to do? Found the "No money minibus" which took us to Konggang Hotel. Ok place to sleep, but not up to required safety standards. Overpriced (we had no alternatives), but manager Tony promised us "Much cheaper next time". Room was clean, beds were hard and room was extremely noisy when airport opened in...

The Konggang Hotel in Guangzhou is basically similar to most hotels in China. The room and bathroom were larger than normal rooms however. The furnishings were adequate. The staff friendly and helpful. There are nearby stores and restaurants. This location is far from town but very near the airport. The hotel is very noisy as most all hotels in China...

This hotel is convenient to the airport. (free shuttle both ways) It has typical hard beds but clean and comfortable bedding. Plenty of hot water (after the regional water shut down for a couple of hours). Toiletries supplied were adequate. Free wifi...but a lot of pop-ups..make sure you have good security anti virus protection...Little restaurant across the street willing to...

“Tony the Manager is very keen to use his hard earned English...and will always try to upgrade you to make a few extra $$. But all the rooms I saw were Ok and the difference in price is pittance. I had the business room. Nice and spacious. Negotiate for the best room.”
