Detailed Reviews
I booked 15 rooms for octorber and paid for rooms and food in July and I have booking confirmation documents and payment receipts as well. But when I came with my group they said the hotel is full and there is no room. After few hours they asked to me to go to another hotel and they will give money back and come to the hotel after isha prayer to collect the money. When I went to collect the money they have not given the the money the full mount of money they promised. So be careful when booking rooms here and don't pay full amount before they provide the rooms.

Not a place to spend a Umrah at all. Extremely dirty rooms, hotel is infested with unmannered people. Reception is so unhelpful. Only good thing is the location. Keys stay a problem everyday. No toilet paper and towels you have to ask for it. Bathrooms and disgusting and general hygiene of the rooms is terrible. Lifts are a big problem. Make sure you leave 2 hours in advance for any prayer time because of the lifts.

Very big hotel with enough numbers of elevators, but disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom was clean well but the room lacked attention to detail and there were dust bunnies in the corners. The linens also appeared to be stained and not changed properly. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this size. I hope they can improve their cleaning standards in the future.

the first experience of staying here because yesterday went to the Umrah pilgrimage.
the hotel is good, close to the nabawi mosque gate 311 entrances 4 and 5.
There are 2 doors to enter and exit the hotel, we can exit through the right and left doors.
for all the delicious food, unfortunately yesterday there was just a lack of spoons.
so if you want to stay at a hotel that is close to the entrance to the Prophet's Mosque, you can stay there.

Rooms are so nice. Also the facility team is ready to support any time just need a call.
House keeping is so so so nice. Especially housekeeping boy Mohammad Abu Jahed is very nice and supporting guy. At time if we ask him for any kind of support, he actively support in more efficiency.

Hotel rooms are below the average comparing with many of hotels at the same price.
Room Furniture is poor and service is extremely poor, from front desk to room services.
Room bath was good enough to make room comfortable.
Room have TV with two channels only.
Free Wifi is available at the lobby with very very slow and poor signal at many times.
Hotel have two main doors so take care which one u will choose to exite and enter to avoid getting lost.
Elevators, Hotel have Six elevators always be crowd at Praying time and because of this pressure it's broken down many times.
Hotel Have big restaurant at 1st floor but i did not try it.
Hotel have two Cafe at lobby but i did not try any of them.
The best thing of this hotel is it's location near to Al Haram Al Nabawi, Also i think it's price was mid-rang.

I could not understand why and how people chose to stay here. We a family of 6 were cheated by our tour operator and were put up here instead of the hotel they promised earlier. The hotel lacks facilities, seems to be an old place with dimly lit rooms which is extremely depressing. The rooms and bathroom were dirty but were not cleaned once during our 7 day stay. When we pointed out the extremely dirty walls and bathtub a bell boy said we cannot expect the level of cleanliness as home. Multiple calls to housekeeping provided no response, we were asked to contact staff on floor whom we never saw except on the last day, probably expecting tips. Lifts and dining area was chaotic. Also, it is a 20 minutes walk to the ladies area in the mosque. In all, a hotel to avoid if you have a choice
