The location is good but not best. 2 blocks from prophet mosque. The staff didn't speak English And didn't care about guest complaining. The guest had to wait for the lift for long time in rush hour and not condusive

This hotel is located near the Prophet Muhammad PBUH's Mosque in Medina City. It's only about 150 meter from the mosque. It is also near stores and market. Even though this hotel is open for public, most of its guests are pilgrimage travelers from worldwide, mostly from Indonesia. Meals are provided by catering service agent cooperated with the hotel.

This hotel is walking distance from al nabawi masjid. It has got everything you would want or need on your doorstep too, from food, shops, money transfer etc etc. Staff very friendly, good service, good rooms. Only downfall really that I found, especially coz of the fact I was with my parents, was the fact the lifts can take forever!... More

“DONT go even if it is free. All hotels in Madina are near to the Masjid as the Masjid itself is like a big town!! so if your agent says it is cheap and near to the Masjid do not believe him as their are far better hotels at this price!”
