Our room had no view at all, windows didn't open, no sunlight could enter the room. Bathroom was very old, needed total renovation. The elevator system was very stupid, sometimes we waited for 15 minutes to be able to take the elevator to our floor. It's not worth the price at all, I totally don't recommend it.
Went back second time. As the previous experience with family was fantastic. Extremely excellent breakfast. Asian curries to the authentic taste. Near to the Haram especially the women area. However, all the room need redecorating. Plug socket not working. Bathrooms have got a stinking smell. The speakers for Azaan are not working. The hotel needs to improve on hospitality. Try to accommodate families with children with interconnected rooms. If a guest leaves something in the room at checkout they should have the facility to communicate as most bookings are done through travel agents. The evening meal at the restaurant needs to improve. It’s not to the standard of hotel stars. Seems like leftovers from the breakfast are being served . The only thing at the moment which is keeping them on the top is 5 Star Breakfast & Access to Haram. …
Worst experience ever nothing works in side the bedroom and the curtains was dirty also the elevator was super slow it made people wait a lot and it would get crowded and sometimes it smells like food
Stayed Here for five nights. Very Close to Haram, especially Women gate. My Parents room was on Same Floor. My room Had No Window or it has but couldnt See anything. Bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom very Basic, however the shower too small and Doors Open only Inside. Here and there Things were loose and Not fixed properly. Poor maintenance. Now the worse Part. On the Last day my father took shower, and after finishing His shower door broke and Crashed totally. It should be plastic Material but IT was pure Glass. How irresponsible. Thank God nothing happend to him. It was a miracle. Allah Had different Plans on this day. We complained and they apologized
Booked via Expedia, stayed from December 16-19 for three nights. I had 3 rooms for 3 nights. All poorly maintained, bathrooms drains were clogged, cleaning were marginal and breakfast was basic😡😡😡
This hotel is showing it's age from the amount of visitors the hotel gets. Our room was clean but you can tell the wear and tear that has taken its toll on the property. The hotel is large and has many guests so the elevators are very very difficult to manage before and after prayer times. This is normal at most of the hotels near the prophets mosque but at this hotel the elevators are really a disaster in terms of getting in and getting out. It would help if they had a full time security guard present to manage the flow of people in and out of the elevators at peak times. Front desk staff were friendly. We did not have any meals at the hotel. I had some laundry done and that was good. Waqas from laundry was great. Location is great in that you are a short 5 min walk to the ladies entrance and maybe another 5 to the mens entrance. This is to the back side entrances of the mosque.…
