We stayed here on first weekend of March. We were 10 families from Riyadh on a private madina visit via bus. It's location is good for families being on the back side of Masjid e Nabwi, as women gates for entering masjid are located on this side. It's a short walking distance from masjid but difficult if you have many...

Was allocated room 810, which was a single room with crisp linen and basic toiletries. Hotel is conveniently situated in the City centre. Wifi is free. The free breakfast offered is functional and adequate. The toilet is just enough for me but a person with a bigger frame will surely have difficulties in maneuvering in there.

The Manager from Bangladesh was good. He was very flexible and accommodating. Service is very poor. One has to ask for everything you need which ideally should be done as per their duty such as cleaning of room. Initially the room allocated for 3 beds was extremely small. We had change to bigger room after paying additional money. The size...

Great location and friendly staff. It is really close to masjed AL Haram. Many shops are under hotel. Air-conditioning and Internet are working well. Cleaning is acceptable. I do recommend for short visiting.

Hotel is conveniently located from the Holy Mosque of Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H). Tiny rooms but well laid out. Clean and maintained. Breakfast was not up to par. Not much variety and not such good quality. For the price, it was good. Free internet was a big plus. Not suitable for long stay and families. Breakfast room is very small and congested...

The hotel is fairly close to the Masjidul Nabawi, taking me on average 6 minutes to walk. Room was clean and staff very helpful. Just the food appears to be for a certain group and not very versatile. Otherwise real value for money. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels but Madinah Kareem's lifts are super fast. Nothing can beat...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 unforgettable nights. We arrived before Asr Prayer and checked-in within 15 minute because there was an Omrah group checking-out. The staff are friendly: the receptionists, the janitors, and the restaurant employees . Their Egyptian supervisor seemed active and attentive. Room size was good. The linen, furniture and WC were very clean with 40"+...

This is a lovely little hotel which is just 5 to 7 minutes walk from the Prophet's Mosque and near to the women's entrance. The staff was courteous and friendly, the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is not very big, so obviously the rooms are not spacious. But really, who goes to Madinah to stay in a hotel...
