This hotel doesn't deserve a 5 stars. here is why:
1. Employees are not polite. they are not smiling at all. they don't speak English.
2. Very few elevators for a big hotel with many visitors.
3. some rooms are really tight..

This hotel is definitely not 5 star, as it claims. Wifi is not available in the bedrooms, the quad rooms are very cramped. Only plus point is that it is close to Al Haram. Definitely won't be staying here again however.

Well, since our Umrah trip last time was arranged as group by our travel agent so the meals provided were as per requested by our agent which is to match our Indonesian palate, which not all quite match. But anyway, to me the meals just ok. Just a note to myself if next time I visit again, which is don't forget to bring sambal or black paper.
