Me and my family stayed in this hotel for 5 days and we experienced many problems whilst staying here. Firstly, the lifts...it would take around 15m to get a lift at prayer times. Once you get a lift, it would go up and down and waste time. The only good thing about this hotel is that it was very close...

The best thing about the hotel was the location. It is right next gate 15. Gate 15 is a good spot because you have local shops. You have the taibah mall, bin dawood mall. Breakfast was not fantastic but allhumdullah it was sufficient and average makkah elaf had better breakfast. The roza is at gate 1 and is about a...

The hotel rooms and hallways smell very badly, elevators do not keep up with demand, breakfast is not good. No WIFI in rooms, and is not very good in lobby. It is very close to Masjid. I would not recommend it.

Elaf Taiba is located at very convenient location . Close to gate 15 and to ladies prayer area. The Haram view rooms are excellent. The rooms sizes are good. The breakfast was also nice. They need to upgrade their washrooms. We had to call plumber to fix the problems. The lifts are Ok I would advise the travelers from Lahore...

Pro's - Very close to Masjid Nabawi Con's - WiFi is absolutely useless, less than 1/10 MBs and only works in the lobby. Swipe cards get scratched when swiping through the door, ended up disabling the swipe system and had to share one key between 4 people. Literally smells like poo in the elevators and on the floors. Furniture is...

I booked my umrah with al hidayah for my family. I asked for 5* hotels in Makkah and Madina and was given this. It was horrible from the moment we entered. Decor, staff, food, rooms all get 0/5. The only thing it has going for it is location. This is an old hotel. The rooms are badly in need of...
