This Hotel is located like 800 meters from Gate 6 of the Prophet's Mosque (near entrance of Roza-Rasool). Has an amazing location away from the so crowded hotels which face the Haram. The advantage that comes along is of Service, Quality, Professionalism and most importantly greeting attitudes surpasses everything. With all this comes the financial part of being able to...

Marriot madinah is located a t a very good place to stay. We were upgraded to a room with a haram view. We could see gunbad e khizra from our window. 24 hur shuttle service is available. As Marriott loyal reward members, we take every chance to stay at our favorite brand's property and chose to stay at Marriott Madinah for the third time. Our last visit was a year ago. The hotel is in a bad condition and deteriorating. Although the rooms are spotlessly clean, nice breakfast buffet (upgraded since our last visit), and has a...

After a great 4 nights stay at the Marriott Makkah, we arrive at the Marriott Madinah on March 15, 2016. What a difference between these two hotels. Just night and day. Madinah Marriott is so sub standard that this doesn't fall into any category. I don't think I remember staying any hotel such as this anywhere in the world. I'm...

Medina Marriot has one of the best staff I have seen in my travelling journeys so far. The team at the restaurant where I had my complimentary breakfast was extra sweet, caring and very professional. The manager of the venue along with the waiters were going out of the way to serve us and make our breakfast worthwhile. Additionally, the...

I booked this hotel for my mother as she went for Umrah earlier this year. She and my uncle family stayed there and got a very positive response. Shuttle service was available for masjid e Nabwi (Sallalah o Alehy Wassalam). Breakfast was good and room was very spacious.

Stayed here during a recent trip to Madinah. It is very close and easy walk to the prophets Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawī) and centrally located for a variety of food outlets and touristy shops / markets. The Reception staff are welcoming, but could do with smiling a bit more, and being a bit more customer focussed. The one outstanding person that...
