Furniture is ok Rooms are standard of amenities. Restaurant was average. Food is average. Housekeeping is standard. Location is fine. It is just a walking distance to Masjid of the Prophet Mohamad. The need to change the furniture. They need to look after their food. It is not really wow to compare to the competing hotels near by.

The hotel is near from main gate of Holy Mosque Nabawi, so you will be never missing jamaa pray. Surrounding by shopping center to buy many souvenirs. I thing this hotel have many variation of food, but nothing special on services.

If you are in a pilgrimage visit to medina, this hotel location oferred a convenient access to one of the holy mosque main entrance. Easy to be located and surrounded by many small shop, so don't fear if you forgot anything, because the surrounding shop most likely have it in their stock. The food is great and have a very...

The room itself is well set out. Hotel is not far from main road and musjid un nabawi. Service is very delayed. Room can go more than 2 days without it being cleaned despite you calling housekeeping. Other than that , buffet menus offer a decent selection but nothing special.

Stayed here during May 2015 during our Umrah trip. It was a very pleasant stay. Were given the suite room, which was huge, but very suitable with our two young children. I can't really have any complaints. Would stay again if I had to. The Breakfast buffet was really good and so was the wifi in the lobby. wifi in...

Definitely not 5 star, 2 at best and that's being generous. Terrible service, room was only cleaned once in 5 days had to repeatedly complain to reception 5 times a day to get room cleaned. On one occasion we returned to the hotel at 1am after asking 3 times during the day for room to be cleaned and it hadn't...

The hotel itself is lovely but lack of good maintenance is what gave it 3 stars. Justca few minutes walk to Masjid Nabwi. Outside the shopping is everywhere but it's very peaceful and at the same time lively. The breakfast menu needs to change daily; after a few days the same options gets monotonous. I understand it will be demolished...

Location is reasonable, but overall it is not up to par with the hotel rating. To be fair, rooms are cosiderably comfortable but be prepared for poor cleaning services and food. Especially the quality of halal Asian food

The hotel was very good. My family and I stayed here for 6 days during our Umrah visit. Room service was good and quick. Food was okay. There was not a huge variety so we ended up eating the same things everyday which became a bit boring. The cleanliness was good. Some people say it was dirty but Alhamdulilah ours...

Do not believe what the hotel says. The food was horrendous in the main restaurants. Claim to be a 5* hotel, but in reality it looks like a 4* hotel. Wi-Fi is very very poor in the rooms. Look for some other hotel if you have the money!
