Perfect location. It's opposite the Masjid and near to ladies section. The rooms are big. The staff are very nice. I didn't like: The price is expensive. The furniture is very old. These days have maintenance, so it's very noisy. Be careful about this, check-in time 4pm and check-out 1pm. I didn't like it so much. I hope next time when go there, they make it better than last time

My fifth stay here. Ideal location on the doorstop of the haram. Many lifts which come quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2020. The suite has a fantastic location near Masjid Nabawi, which is its main advantage. The check-in was pretty smooth, and so was the check-out. However, the suite cleaniness is poor - we even had worms in our toilet. Even though the apartment came with a kitchen, they did not provide enough utensils or plates. Room service was also relatively slow whenever we asked for items.

Main advantage is that is very near about 20m to Masjid Nabawi's gate 20, 21 & 22 near the ladies praying area. Families with wives and daughters, I highly recommend this hotel. Stalls and restaurants are plenty. There are KFC and Hardee's down the hotel. Shops are nearby walking distance. You could get anything within 100m radius of this hotel. Our suite consists of 6 rooms and 4 toilets which is perfect for our family of 14. I could not give 5 stars as my 1st day experience was bad. The rest were good Alhamdulillah.

Extremely bad service. They gave us a 6 room suite instead of 2 suites of 2 and 4 rooms. The suite only had 6 towels and it took 10 phones to get only 4 more towels. Next day we got only 6 towels after repeated requests at 10pm. They said they are short on laundry. The housekeeping staff is unresponsive, unprofessional and extremely rude. They seem short staffed as the housekeeping staff came to clean the room at 7pm. The front desk only speaks Arabic. The beds are very small and old. Overall the furniture is dated. Nothing is good about the hotel other than location

Stayed at the Taiba Arac suites in Madinatul Munawwarah from 4th to 11th Dec 2019. Had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The unit was fairly spacious and comfortable and was located right next to the fountain close to the main entrance gate 22. There was never an issue of waiting for lifts as there were enough lifts available. Wifi was very slow and the unit needed a facelift as it was very outdated. Service was great esp from housekeeping staff Meelan, MehbooburRahman and team. Great location for family

The hotel was located conveniently opposite the Haram and has some of the best places to shop downstairs. The self catering kitchen with microwave and stove was also very convenient for preparing meals. It was wonderful to have a washing machine available, especially with the kiddies clothing, however there's no space provided to hang out the wet clothes. A small clothing stand was provided by the cleaning staff on request, which wasn't large enough to hold kurtas or abayas. The biggest downfall was that the rooms were not cleaned everyday, despite calling the cleaning service several times a day. Both the showers were leaking every time it was used, resulting in the bathroom floor getting wet. When we enquired from maintenance he said he couldn't find any fault and that the cleaning service will clean it up everyday. With no mop available, towels were given to us to wipe the floors all the time. We also had water leaking from the fridge onto the kitchen floor every now and then, towels were also given to wipe up the mess instead of fixing the problem.…

It's good to be near Alharm Alnabawi during EID holiday but maybe there's other hotels or suites will B better than Arac Taiba.. Lights inside rooms isn't that good, also there's no land-line to contact reception. There's very bad points like(no coverage for mobile networks and internet)!!! There's no local internet also..
