By world standards, it probably is a 4 star hotel. The reception area is not spacious, and needs renovation. The rooms are quite comfortable, the bath room is pretty small. They provides complimentary breakfast with varieties of excellent quality items. The hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed...

Arrived at this hotel around 4pm. All our keys are ready. Small lobby area. There's a staff who served coffee and dates at the door entrance around evening time. The hotel even prepared lunch for us since we're on a tour group. A lot of varieties of bread and vegetables. Very nice hotel. Only the room is a bit small...

This is a decent hotel although it doesn't appear to be a 'real' 5 star hotel, I would say more like a 4 star one instead. The rooms were slightly small, but the cost / location is quite good since its very close to the Haram (5 mins walk) - especially the ladies entrance. The hotel staff were quite knowledgeable...

This hotel is close to haram and close nisaa ziara area. The rooms are old and need to cleaner. Food is average to good and a lot of spicy food available in menu. Quite hotel and rooms and close to everything you may need.

I had a triple sharing room, size was a little small. It could not fit all our open luggage. Hotel food can be improved, though you may find others across the street. Short walking distance to Prophet's Mosque.

It is a four star hotel not five as they assume .Quality of food not as expected, rooms are very narrow, Beds are also very small not as standard in any other hotel. When we enter the room it is not clean with tissue paper present on the window.

As shown in the title, this hotel supposed to be 5 stars hotel and I think they changed the name lately, was Al Muna Kareem Hotel Radisson Blu. Over 20 minutes check-in, 15minutes check out, no concierge service, you need to carry your own bags cuz the staff are busy chatting and talking on the mobiles. Bad behavior of all...

This is my second stay with this hotel and its as neat and clean as the first time. Very well maintained, Well crafted décor. Bed comfort was ultimate and the rooms are soundproof. Only dissatisfaction is that rooms could have bigger. Still its worth every penny we spend. Breakfast is well spread. We can enjoy variety of hot omelet freshly...
